What an enjoyable experience! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Seth was a very attentive server. I always recommend the French Quarter restaurant to anyone planning a visit to the casino.

Our server Olivia was exceptional. She went above and beyond, delivering an amazing dining experience. The Bartender made the PERFECT espresso martini. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Our waitress was excellent. We had the surf and turf special at $60 pp. The porterhouse steak was cooked rare as we requested. However, the seasoning was so salty it burned. The crab leg cluster that came with the dish was so small that it easily fit on the bread plate.

The French Quarter was excellent this weekend...! Spoke to the new chef and complimented the meal... Night and day difference from the last time I was there..... Andrea is always great and Darlene is a solid bartender... good strong drinks... All around A+ experience....

Server was really good. The bar was ridiculously slow and they didnt have 3 different vodka's we asked for and it took way too long to get a drink. I'm talking like 20 minutes. Dinner was OK. Plate presentation was not very good. $500 for six people (before tip) wasn't worth it. The food tasted good. Just the look of your dinner plate was not what you'd expect for a $58 steak and potato. The menu used to have more entree and appetizer selections. The menu section on entrées says “steaks and chops” yet there are no kind of chops. No pork chops no lamb chops no chops whatsoever. Revamp your menu, restock your bar and decorate your plates. The servers could make more money if the kitchen and bar carried their weight.

My daughter and I have often enjoyed the seafood buffet at French Quarter pre COVID, but this was our first visit post COVID. I had doubts that the present visit would perhaps be disappointing compared to visits previously. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service at our dinner last evening. The food was plentiful and delicious. My only disappointment was that the raw oysters were not very tasty

The food was amazing and our server, Andrea, was great! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and before their arrival I placed an order with her for a dessert. When she brought it out she'd had the pastry chef put it on a decorated board with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate along with strawberries and whipped cream. The service was above and beyond and I would ask for her again! It was a little noisy but only because the band was rehearsing at Louie's and it competed with the music in the casino. It would be nice if the noise in Louie's could be contained so it doesn't compete with the noise on the floor.

The food was amazing and our server was very good and attentive to our table. Even though this restaurant is in a casino you didn't notice the noise and the tables were very quiet and spaced apart appropriately. Awesome dining experience with amazing food!

An absolute must, if you love great steaks! The meat is grass fed and hormone free. That's hard to find in Pittsburgh. We appreciate the quality of you meat!!! See you again soon!!

Terrible service and extremely slow, slow on getting waited on, extremely slow getting food, when paying 100 a plate you should get the best, absolutely not worth eating at this place

They did not honor the reservation. We checked in at 8:18 for an 8:30 reservation. They said it would take a few minutes to bus the table. They seated many people after that. We checked in one hour later and the lady snapped at us. She greeted someone she obviously knew very well and seated them. We checked in again, this time with someone else and was told they were busy, they were not. Before leaving the casino I asked why we were never sent the message and they stated we, "only stopped by once". Why would we need to check in multiple times? However, we did stop by. It was very unprofessional. I got the feeling that regulars are their priority. So if you're not a regular you may want to go when it's not busy.
