That was a wild way to spend $40. Ordered a cheesesteak essentially got a lettuce sandwich on soggy bread, ordered bone in scorpion sting wings got boneless buffalo, cheese fries were decent, the highlight of the meal was the blue cheese dressing if that tells you anything.

Ordered one cheese steak, nothing fancy. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I'm on my lunch break. Pulled out of line after almost 20 minutes of waiting since lunch break was nearlyover, still 2 cars ahead of me and no sandwich. Left hungry. And it's my birthday of all days to boot. First and last time I will ever try this place.

Today was my first and last visit all in one. The food isn't terrible but it's not anything I have to have more than a couple of times a year. I do like that they make it fresh to order and if you dine in someone will bring it to your table. However being a current server and haven't been in restaurants for 16 years the way they did not fix the issue and the ambiguity of their pricing will never have me going there again or telling anyone about them. They have a small chicken Philly combo that they advertise for 750 with the regular drink. Again with my restaurant knowledge I'm aware that some drinks will have an up charge but it makes sense and it's never too crazy. Today I got a lemonade which is maybe 12 to 16 ounces at best instead of the regular drink and I took my order from the advertise price to over $11. I paid sit down ate some of my food and went over my receipt and realized it was different than what was on their menu. After speaking with the manager and the cashier they confirmed that they have no control over what the system does and the fact that I got a lemonade is what made it an additional $3.78. That is complete highway robbery that you would charge someone $3.78 just because they want a premium drink especially if they aren't in. Even Chick-fil-A is lemonade doesn't cost more than an extra dollar and some change. And they still didn't do anything about it. There's no restaurant that makes their lemonade from scratch. It always comes in a carton or a bag so even though it may cost a little bit more it doesn't cost that much more. That's complete highway robbery and there's no way I will patronize an establishment that thinks it's OK to establishment like that then offer no type of solution other than an explanation.

Worst drive thru experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The guy constantly rushed my fiance and did not have a nice attitude. I felt like we were being talked to like we were stupid. Steven Abdallah, do better with your service!

My son and I stopped in there for lunch to try it out. Had great service, and the food was really good. Had a cheesesteak and we had two different wings to try. Great experience and will be back.

Charley's food is quality, but they get my order wrong constantly. Today I ordered a Chicken Philly, no mayo add buffalo. What I got was chicken, cheese and buffalo sauce. No lettuce, no tomato, no grilled peppers, no grilled onions. Guys. Not cool at all. It's probably been 4 times they've messed up my order on the drive thru. Obviously some communication breakdown happening that needs fixed.

Ordered two cheesesteaks to go, while waiting for our order the manager brought us two free lemonades. They were delicious. Cheesesteaks and fries were good too for the price.

I made a trip to kanawha City this evening and was surprised to see a stand alone Charley's Cheesesteak restaurant that's located close to Lowe's.
The drive thru was fairly busy so I went inside to eat, the food was very good and even though they were very busy, it didn't take long to get my food.
