Charleys Cheesesteaks

This particular Charley's is located in the mall foodcourt. The atmosphere was fine. My friend's sandwich was good (she said). However, I got the boneless wings and they were awful! Overcooked and pretty much burnt on the outside. Also, they aren't tossed in sauce; the sauce is squirted over them after they are placed in the basket. That is not a deal breaker for me, but burnt is. Don't get the boneless wings.

Update: I did take the wings back and they did replace them without complaint. I do appreciate that, because I hate being that person and tried really hard to eat them. I just couldn't.

Wanted to go to Chic-fil-a, however after standing in line we decided Charlie's instead.
The food and service were amazing

Do not eat here managers, don't know what they're doing. how they commit business is highly Shady A lot of times, the ingredients are rotten and I heard from a friend that the managers tell them to cut off the good parts of rotten food. Not understanding that that's not how rott works. If you're still thinking that it's still a good place to eat make sure that they gave you the right order. They do not make nothing fresh everything is frozen. They're just reheating the food.

Amazing food! Worth every penny, and I would totally recommend! The whole atmosphere was very comfortable, and the service was amazing. Try the lemonade!

Wings and fries were overcooked and dry. Staff was not very friendly. Extremely disappointed as this was my 1st time trying Charley's. Lesson learned dont waste tour money here

I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki combo.The food wasn't good at all... the bun was completely soaked so the sandwich had to be eaten with a fork. There was no teriyaki flavor at all. The fries they gave me was already sitting out, wasn't even lukewarm. For 17 dollars I expect to get sandwich that had flavor and actually stayed together.

I’ve been to Charley’s more times than I can count. They have them in most Air Force base BXs and are typically great. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but the cheesesteak was disgusting. Ordered with mushrooms, onions, and peppers and didn’t get any of that. Watched them bring flat frozen meat slabs out and throw on the grill. Best thing I could compare to would be cheap Steak-umms from the grocery store. Definitely not 100% beef. There were thin sliced pieces of meat along with what tasted like ground pork. It was disgusting. I really hope their parent corporation investigates this franchisee for quality control.
