One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is that they treat customers the way they should be treated.. with respect. Always polite, I love the way they make lanes take turns in the drive through, keeping things stable & fair. There is order, routine, not chaos. The food is always good, always fresh. Price may be a little high to some but for the quality and overall easy experience its worth it. We are here weekly. Great staff, zero complaints 👌

We've been staying away from Chick-fil-A. 2 years ago they updated the app. When this happened, it wiped out the $150 that had been uploaded from a gift card. We tried customer service and they were not concerned at all. It was one of the gifts from his mother that had passed.

This is my favorite restaurant, I go to the one in south Charleston WV, everyone there is nice and always asking if you need anything. I love the food, the grilled chicken sandwich is great. I recommend it anytime.

Placed curbside order 916 am arrived 920am received text team member is bringing your food at 923am at 930 am I called told hey we are busy at 938am the girl comes out with 5 orders she goes to all the other cars first!!! I was there the longest and got served LAST! This is unacceptable so I leave didn’t think to check my food it was on the low end of even being warm according to the tag my food was made at 920am it took 18 minutes to bring my food out! I should receive a refund of this order and a gift card for my inconvenience!

The food tasted good and the people were very nice. I rarely eat here due to the high prices. The food is good, but it does not keep me coming back. Not to mention the crazy wait times. I really don't understand. With this being said, I could not leave an accurate atmosphere rating. I apologize. However, the times that I visited the place were upkept and had the counter stock well stocked.

This particular location never gets my order correct. Management never corrects the issues even when brought to their attention. $16 for my order and I can’t eat it. Always money wasted. Should have went to Longhorn and ordered chicken.
