As usual the food is amazing however this was our first bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A.To the staff’s credit it was a very busy evening but our service was very subpar for Chick-Fil-A. We specifically wanted Chick-Fil-A because our kids wanted ice cream with their meals and we know if your return the “toy” they will provide your child with that ice cream. My wife went to get our kids ice cream and the young lady at the register requested they “toy” but our kids didn’t receive on in their meal. The young lady treated my wife rudely and my wife had to be very firm that they did not receive their “toy” and after finally receiving the ice cream my wife said thank you and did not receive any response.We also need sauce and napkins a few times but there was not stations for condiments or napkins and you had to ask the staff adding to their workload and honestly was very annoying for us a customers.Parking: Large parking lot but it’s divided up weirdlyKid-friendliness: Kids menu is large and very safe place to have your kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yes, very accessible
Drive thru- SPECIFICALLY ordered “Grilled Nuggets,” for a Diabetic. What did they get? Breaded…. Louisa at the drive-thru even read it back to me….. smh.

My husband and I come here pretty often. However, today’s experience made me very happy. We decided to go in and eat, something we rarely do. When we came in today, a nice worker named Meghan noticed my six month old daughter. She complimented her and promptly brought us our food. A few minutes later, she brought over a toy and asked if she could give it to my daughter. My baby grabbed the toy from her and is currently chewing on it on our drive home. Such a small act might not seem like a big deal to some, but her going above and beyond to offer my baby a toy when she didn’t have to, made my heart smile. The kindness she showed to my husband, myself, and our baby has made my day. I hope she reads this and knows just how much she is appreciated. Thank you again, Meghan.
