I usually love Chick-fil-A, so I'm sad to leave this review, but I went yesterday and redeemed my birthday sandwich and purchased a cookie. The spicy deluxe without cheese that I ordered had such a soggy breading that it was sliding off the chicken and the tomatoes chosen for my sandwich were very slimy. I'm not certain if it had just sat too long or what and sadly, the cookie I ordered was hard which has never happened. Just overall a very disappointing visit and I doubt I'll go again anytime soon.

My wife and I were in South Charleston for several days and we stropped by this Chic-fil-A and was pleasantly surprised. We live in Oregon and have never eaten at a Chic-fil-A restaurant there so, this was our first time experience ever. Each time we ate there we were met by some of the kindest, most helpful, and attentive employees I've ever seen! When we placed our order we barely my it back to our table and the food was there, now that's fast. The employees constantly move about the dining room checking on their customers needs. There names are Denver, David, Alexis, and Joy. These employees are what makes this restaurant stand out. We ate there 5 times in 15 days all inside dining except one trip in the drive thru. Each time they exceeded our expectations. I love their food choices and I don't think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. If you've not eaten at a Chic-fil-A before, try this one, you wont be disappointed.

This is an awesome place we love it!! Most friendly people!! Fast service, awesome food!!
We were here Saturday September 6th at 7ish p.m. The dining room workers were very interactive with our baby, and treated us very nice! Specifically, we remember Denver coming over and having a conversation with us. But there was a woman and an older man as well. We just didn't catch their names. Great food and counter service. They even gave us a cow doll as our son was playing with the one on the front desk.
