Nice people, nice food

I ordered take out. Received it an hour late after I had to walk inside and request it. They were not busy, maybe 10 tables being used. It took the host 10 minutes to make 2 drinks for my order. By the time I got home my food had sat in the containers for an hour. The steak was rubbery. I had tried the southwest egg roll and it was beyond nasty due to it being cold and not cooked long enough. The employee that I had an interaction with was definitely on drugs of some sort. I will NEVER be back at this establishment.

Chilis is generally a safe bet while travelling. The Service was overall good, but something left wanting on the food. Chips and salsa had half the batch of chips uncooked. Almost like put the chips on some cold oil but forgot to cook. For the fajitas, the main chicken and onions was great. But the tortillas were served in foil and were all stuck together. And the guacamole had a big portion stale . The servers were at least attentive.

Suuuch a disappointment!!! Chilis used to be my favorite, but not anymore. The quality was bad, the service was bad, the price are ridiculous. Most likely our final order from Chilis. Too many other restaurant options that have better prices, higher quality food, and true customer service.

Food was super good. There was a Jelly Roll concert so it was super busy. We were quoted like a 20-30 month wait but only waited for about 15 mins. Got us in and out super fast. Service was great.

Super fast and friendly service! Food was served quickly and hot. Absolutely love their dips and the deep Eddy lemonade ? so good. Clean place. I would absolutely recommend

It has been awhile since I visited Chili's. this location at Charleston Town Center has a covered patio and allows dog to dine there (Dog friendly). When sat, the server brought out a bowl of water for dog. Service was very good, location good, food was excellent. It has been long time, getting this good food from a chain. Burger cook perfectly, so was BBQ, Chicken Crisp (tender) crispy and tender, even with Hot sauce. Not to mention, Chili's 3 for menu that you can get a good meal for $10 - 15.
