Well i went to Chin's today, first time i have ever been and i got to say it is well worth it. Minus a miscommunication of me wanting egg rolls it was all great food. i enjoy the number 4 chicken lunch special, the crust was really crunchy with the meat being tender along with a little juicy. The fried rice was nicely fixed and i loved the gravy that came with the meal. Steamed dumplings was good and enjoyed the sauce with them. Wonton soup i ended up getting i guess instead...
Have loved their food for so many years! We started out with the restaurant on Washington Street and have been going to Chins in Kanawha City since they opened. We moved to NC 26 years ago, but made sure to go to Chins every trip back. I was there last week and got 20 un-fried egg rolls to bring back to freeze. Cooked several tonight and they were fabulous, as usual! Thank you Chins!
You tried all the rest now try the best Chin's has great food and their egg roll is not loaded down with overcooked cabbage it's got just the right amount and it has a small tiny celery and nice and firm shrimp it is delicious and it's nice and crispy it's not soggy or nothing I tell you I didn't really like egg rolls but I tell you what I tried theirs and I'm in love I'm telling you you know flavor yes texture yes 100% and I had the chicken...
