Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was good, but it was too pricey. I used up my $25 gift card, plus $15 extra dollars for my daughter and I. We both got bowls, which were good. The Carne Asada was too chewy, and I had to spit much of it out; so that was a waste of money. The employees were nice, but I got no warning about the excessive expense I was about to encounter. I watched all of these food hacks on You Tube to get low priced meals, but I must have increased my payout . ...lol. Anyway, the variety of toppings for the bowls were tasty.

I always get a burrito bowl. Its always good ive only had a bad experience here twice out of many vists. A couple times the chips were stale but the bowl has always been great.

Clean as you go is not the idea here. Pretty messy restaurant. Customer service was really bad. Sorry to bother you on a Friday night type of vibe.

Used to be way better imo chicken became very dry and portions are slacking but if you need some decent tasting food with some good macros this is your spot but personally im a qdoba guy myself

Very disappointed with this visit. Skimpy portions. Looked for a table to sit down and eat. Workers were cold and unfriendly Every table had remnants of food from previous diners. Ate outside.

We usually enjoy Chipotle quite a bit. Today a male staff member (he maybe knew) was pretty rude. Apparently he did not like the fact that I requested quite a few different ingredients on my burrito. He asked me if i would want it on a plate also or if he could double wrap it. I was fine with double wrap but he tried to do it anyway with a single tortilla. When his attempt failed he rolled his eyes pretty obnoxiously. He then grabbed a new tortilla and moved everything from one tortilla to the other instead of just reinforcing it with the new one. .Bad attitudes are bad for business just sayin, it’s not like they don’t see hundreds of similar orders per day. I will also note, the other two staff members working were kind and friendly, thanks for that!

So, as I was considering posting a review I happened to see the last review from someone two weeks ago saying the same thing that happened to us. I am always hesitant to post a mediocre or bad review but that made me think they just don’t care to fix things. Again two weeks later they cannot offer ice, the ice machine isn’t working, either get a bottled something from the cooler or from the soda machine in the dining area. My kids still wanted soda so they chose that anyway, even without ice. We get out there and my son didn’t notice the cap wasn’t on the root beer so it spewed all over his clothes!! He wiped himself off and tried several different sodas only to find they all needed changed and all my kids ended up drinking room temperature water. As far as the food? It was ok. Not great but not bad either, mediocre. We did eat it and get full I guess but it was just ok. The worker at the end of the line was rude to my kids. Just not the best experience. I won’t go back.
