Loved it! Haven't been in awhile and was very pleased to see the new jump house and salad bar. The kids had a blast and so did we. Well definitely be coming back.

It’s Ran by kids under 19 with little to no experience and poor attitudes. Basically had to beg the kids to explain how everything worked (card & play time wise, where to order/wait for food.. etc) Small personal pizza is about $13 ($2 extra for pepperoni) and comes out almost burnt and too stiff… Literally like cardboard. My kids could barely even eat it but they were starving. I took a bite and it tore up my gums with how stiff and crispy it was.
Games were nothing special and quite the opposite. On top of that, they make it impossible to rack up points. 2-4 maybe 8 or 10 points here and there. To make things worse.. the prizes aren’t any better than items you’d find in a grocery store claw machine.
There’s a small jump area where mine and other kids were playing.. I was approached by a very young lady and politely asked I removed my toddlers and go to the front for wrists bands and appropriate socks. She was nice about it but (there were 2 other little kids without those things,.. maybe they were part of a party or something? Idk) I go to the front for the socks and bands… TWELVE dollars per kid. I’m good. I took them to Skyzone at that point.
I hate being that guy because I’m all about supporting local businesses,, but save your hard earned money.

I have proved this location immensely over the past few years. I only wish they had jumping activities available for larger kids. Worth the visit if you have kids under 8.

There was a worker having a huge meltdown when we were there. It's a children's place the staff should know how to act

This is the second time we did my daughter’s birthday party here! The kids had a great time , food wasn’t horrible, and the party host was as good as you could expect coming from a young high school girl. She wasn’t very attentive , did the least possible but I didn’t expect much because the 1st time it was exactly the same. But we don’t have many options for birthday party places and my daughter has a blast running around playing all the games!

Grand babies absolutely loved this place. It has an amazing atmosphere for children and adults. It is just a great place to enjoy your family without a great cost.

Had a birthday party for my son. It was great other than I couldn't actually purchase a birthday package bc i didn't plan it the day b4. So my advice is to definitely plan ahead bc it will be a whole lot cheaper than if you don't. I ended up spending like $200 bucks for a birthday party that wasn't actually a birthday party package if that makes any sense. We still had fun though.

I’d say that for the only Chuck E. Cheese’s we have in West Virginia, this is solid! At least from my five visits, the games are actually fun to play (even as an adult), the animatronic stage that used to be here was serviceable, and even some of the food isn’t half bad. And the employees seem to be very helpful, which is important for a restaurant. All in all, even if they have replaced their animatronic with a dance floor, I would still give this place a visit if only for the fact that this is the only Chuck E. Cheese’s in the state.
