two teenage white employees, a female and a male, we’re disrespectful as soon as we pulled up to the drive-through. While attempting to place the first order, we haven’t even got a full sentence in, the female cuts us off to tell us to pull around to the window...we were not even done placing our order so we proceeded to finish. once we we’re able to place our order, we pulled up to the window & asked the male employee to repeat the order back to us (because it seemed as if they were in a some kind of rush & we wanted to make sure our order was correct). he shut the window and we seen him mouthing to the female employee “oh my God” as if we were making they job 10x harder. then he opens the window back up to repeat the order back to us, from that point it was super awkward. we also see the female employee throwing her hands up and mouthing slick words as the window was shut. this was our very first time going to this restaurant & will not be going back. do better 3rd shift.

No raspberry shakes out of 40 varieties. Pepper spicy food but overall very good.
I have returned a few times. During summer months air conditioner was set for frigid. I had to take my food to the car to finish eating, it was so cold. Pretty much same thing later in the year.
Dietary restrictions: Watching sodium intake almost impossible.
Parking: More than enough space
Kid-friendliness: Other than the temperature, it is kid friendly. BBQ might be a little spicy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't have automatic doors and like a lot of places the foyer area is small. Might have a difficult time making the turn to get through the inner door. Not many wheelchair areas to pull up to table. Drinks and other self serve area is made a person standing.. wheelchair would have difficult time.
Finally, a decent hot dog. A good hot dog! Excellent chili and slaw. Good price. Drive thru! This place has all the food you want from a food truck, but conveniently prepared with a drive-thru. Excellent prices. Posted the menu. BLT’s! Corn dogs! Chicken breast sammich! BBQ and more! Check it out.

I'm from Cincinnati Ohio, was in town and saw Cook Out and was drawn to it and love the southern food and atmosphere. I used to live in TN and ate at Cook Puts and everyone is awesome this one in Kanahwa City is amazing. I'm glad I saw this place on my way back home. wow!
