Love the Steak style hamburger w/ A1 sause (I ask for No mayo because I don't like mayo) but LOVE their burgers, their cheese bites (they're little fired cheese balls) & Shake My favorite is Orange Push-Up, their strawberry is awesome too SO MANY FLAVORS to choose from for shakes.

Never eating here again. Went here about 11:30 last night and after eating I have not felt good at all. My stomachs been hurting. I threw up 3 times. And now I have the shits bad. The burger didn’t taste right AT ALL

I have eaten at Cook Out numerous times over the years since they originally opened in North Carolina and obviously, normally love them ... but not this location. This is the second time that I've ate at this location and thought maybe they were just having an 'off day' the first time since my experience was pretty much the same. The first time I ate inside in the dining room. Although I went through the drive-thru this time, my order was wrong, even after multiple attempts, and the employees attitudes were absolutely horrible. The food and customer service, we're definitely not up to par with what you can normally expect at any other Cook Out location.

Unfortunately they have top notch shakes, best around. Their food how ever .... This is in Kanawha City. I suggest hitting up Taco Bell for food and stop by cook out for shake

This is absolutely disgusting. I am beyond disgusted by this establishment. My meal was good until it all went wrong. I went in for a bite of my food, chewed it and I felt this weird sensation in my mouth. I grabbed my tounge and pulled out a hair. YES A HAIR…. I do have hair but there is no way that could’ve been my mine.My hair is barley past my shoulders and that hair took me 10 seconds to pull out of my mouth. it was very long. My hair is pulled back, and no where near my food. Thats what cookout employees should be doing. I feel taken advantage of. I AM NAUSEOUS .

My quasadillas had barely any meat at all I continue to have this problem and they also seem to forget the syrup for the milkshakes because the 4 treys I got all had vanillla milkshakes even though we ordered orange push up and strawberry. My big double burger was a big and a half LOL they literally had a patty cut in half on both burgers we got instead of making a double they made three Pattie’s into 2 big doubles. The big girl that works almost everytime I’m there ruins my experience when she’s not there it’s great. I wanted to make this review after someone else showed a picture of her this is a screenshot of that

I’m attaching a photo of the worker I have left many complaints and reviews about. Anytime she is working my order is wrong she’s barely audible and somehow hears only what she wants to hear. Some of my orders are just fully wrong right receipt for the food I got but it is not what I said at the window. I don’t have problems at any cookouts outside of WV.
