We had a very sweet and conscientious server. The food was delicious and staff I encountered were very friendly.
We were one of the first ones there. Seated immediately and the waitress was very attentive throughout. She kept the coffee coming. Our breakfasts were served in a timely manner. The food was excellent.

We ordered 4 piece chicken. Came back after 15 minutes to tell us the were out but would have some in 30 minutes we said thats fine we would wait and ask that the wait on the rest of the food till the chicken was done .came back 25 minutes later and told us the cook never cooked the chicken yet and asked if we wanted something else so changed the order to get food faster brought everyone's food out our food was cold they didnt remake it so our food sat in the kitchen for 30 plus minutes waiting because they were incompetent. My son's order was wrong. He asked for plain hamburger not a cheese burger they brought out a cheese burger. It took another 20 minutes for his new hamburger. Waitress was nice but cooking staff were incompetent

However I was so very disappointed 😞 with how very small they have cut the portion sizes. You literally could get fuller on a kid cuisine frozen meal type of small portion. My teen ordered biscuits and gravy. The 2/3 biscuits were flat and the size of those walmart brand biscuits in a can. Gravy served in tiny side saucer tasted like lots of water with a little flour and zero seasoning flavor. It was wasted and not eaten. I ordered 3 Three meats, eggs, potatoes, french toast. Literally got 3 pieces of 4 inch bacon, cold raw eggs, a little cold potatoes with alot of huge onions I hate onions. French toast was good but it was cold. I could have cooked at home where it would have tasted better and been alot cheaper. I'm not wasting that much money at Cracker Barrel and leaving still hungry 😕 😐 😒 again
