Service was way above expectations considering how most restaurants have been in the past few years. The environment was very relaxed and friendly our waitress checked on us periodically never had to ask for a refill our food showed up quicker then expected an overall good experience definitely recommend to all and will be back again.

I enjoy eating at the Charleston location. We were greeted and seated by a very freindly staff member. Our order was hot when it arrived and we didn’t have to wait long. The atmosphere is clean and full of nostalgia.I highly recommend this place.

Went to Cracker Barrel in Kanawha City this evening. My friend and I had the Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake. It was delicious! Our server Ella made sure we had a great experience and our drinks stayed full. Our wait was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our experience this evening was fantastic and unexpected! We were seated almost immediately as we come through the door. We had service immediately! Our order was taken in return to our table within a reasonable time. We had the fish dinner and it was prepared excellently with tender flaky fish! The biscuits were not crunchy and were flaky! All three in our party were celebrating birthdays and we enjoyed a very delicious chocolate cake! This place is handicap accessible has handicap stalls in the bathroom! Has excellent knowledgeable staff and we would recommend them to everybody who wants a nice restaurant and shopping experience! (They have an adjacent gift shop!) The only catch to this wonderful experience is that there is not a lot of room for people in wheelchairs to shop in the gift shop; however, the staff is always willing to help!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have ample handicap parking, but, the entry doors are not accessible. There are two double doors to get through. Once inside you enter a gift shop that is narrow but the staff is willing to help! The restroom has one handicap stall however there is not a handicap accessible door except for the door is wide enough to be able to bring your wheelchair through.

Food has gone way down and the prices up, we spent 55.00 on 2 rip platters and could have wasted our money somewhere else, both of our rip platters came out around 35 minutes after we ordered them and they were cold and tasteless my pinto beans were cold and half full, we were in there about 35 minutes and never got our corn muffins and the waitress never came back for refills, l think that will be the last time we go there

We went on our first date since moving to WV 2 years ago so the day was extra special. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, but I think I got the friend chicken salad. It was delicious either way!

My husband got the fried chicken. He said it could have been fried, but I'm not sure I'd that was just a personal preference. He definitely ate it and he said he liked it. He's a man of few words and even less social engagements. Lol

I'd never eaten anything other than breakfast from here so this was my first time ordering from the lunch/dinner menu and I was pleasantly surprised. I cannot wait to go back.
