My husband and I went to have lunch and stood at the hostess station for probably 5 minutes (the couple in front of us left bc of their wait). The manager walked past us and went to the checkout area. Absolutely no good morning, how are you, welcome to Cracker Barrel…..as he came back towards us again with no acknowledgement I asked him if there was a hostess and he continued to walk past us and angrily said in a minute. I told him we would take our business elsewhere and we left. We have dined at this restaurant many times but will not return. Customers should never be dismissed.

My family and myself ate there Friday and this location is our favorite. We loved the meatloaf and my son loves the burgers. Our waitress was excellent and a nice young lady but sadly after our meal was brought to us she disappeared, later we found out from another waitress that that young lady had a medical emergency. We hope she is ok.

I was pleasantly surprised....all aspects on point! Food was great and service was friendly and efficient. Usually, it's one and the other is lacking. The inside was clean, including restrooms, but outside was dirty...sidewalks and doorway to the restaurant. Gift shop is always good, such unique finds, and the cutest baby clothes
There is a lady named Twinkle that always checks us out she is lovely!!

Usually Cracker Barrel’s are great and very predictable. But, wow, not a good experience at all. Only had 2 servers working the whole restaurant and basically told us to leave. That’s a management issue.
