I had this place as 5 star and now it’s definitely 1 star I take my family to eat they tell them they can’t use the bathroom that’s shitty af I won’t be back and it’s the law to have a public restroom in a public restaurants and establishments

Give you the completely wrong order. My name is Clint. I can see the confusion but goddamn this order was $4 less than what I paid, and not even close to what I ordered. Awesome

Update, food slaps, not even salty it's the wrong order.

Still kind salty about my 4 bucks tho. And sorry Derek, hopefully you got a winner

I've been here over fifty times, everything is always the same perfect!

I stopped here on Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. I got the ronirolls by recommendation of the worker and they are delicious.

Always a go to in my home, food is delicious and affordable, and the restaurant is very clean and modern. The app is a must have and the points accumulate fast! Highly recommend!

I was in here at 10. I ordered food PAID FOR IT then asked to use the restroom to which I was told no. Then two seconds later a black woman walked in and they let her right into the bathroom. Terrible service. The manager has multiple people who are walking in and out of the back but yet I can’t use the restroom. I pick up door dash orders here all the time and I order food here all the time. NEVER AGAIN! Y’all are rude and racist clearly.

Never have I experienced a manager worse then an employee...

Not the best place if you want a quick bite, but if you have over half an hour to spare, the quality of the food is well worth it. Not being from the Mountain State I had to try one of West Virginia's greatest food inventions: the pizza roll.

Suffice to say, I was not disappointed. This for sure beats California style pizza, beats normal pizza, and might even beat Chicago style pizza. The "Roni Rolls" (pepperoni rolls) came in eight pieces that were surprisingly filling. A perfect amount of parmesan and garlic were on the rolls. Would definitely recommend!

Had to wait over 45 minutes for a walk-up order. And to top it off I didn't receive what I paid for.

My husband and I ordered a calzone and garlic bread sticks. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! I -1 star due to the smoke that accumulated the restaurant in which irritated my eyes. But overall awesome! We will be back next time we’re in WV!

A great place to hang out while you’re waiting for the first bus in the morning before you visit the least used Amtrak station in the state.

Placed an order at 9:30 on a Tuesday through their website for three sandwiches and one fried oreo. There was no indication given that wait times were longer than usual or that food would take an exorbitant amount of time.

Two hours later and there's still no food. Moreover, when we call the store to check on the food we're immediately taken from an automated system and dumped into a waiting room. Presumably by an employee who was either overwhelmed or simply didn't want to take the call.

I called multiple times across a half-hour period and no one answered. All y'all had to do was call and say you were down a delivery driver. Would have been cool with that.

Instead you refused to pick up your phones, took forever to deliver and lost customers in the process. I'm not entirely sure what leadership at this location is or isn't encouraging but with the rate businesses have been going under here lately, I'd strongly advise you reconsider your approach to customer service.
