Food is usually pretty good here but I can only eat so many chicken strips or hot dogs. Cream slushes are what I come here for but their equipment to make one has been down for months. Several lost meals sold as a result. Instead of 3 or 4 visits per week, we are down to once every 6 weeks or so.

Knew there was something wrong when I ordered 4 ice creams and they told me it was $42. Luckily I didn’t end up paying because I drove away after watching them make some of my ice creams then wait 10-15, with no one coming to the window at anytime. Finally gave up on my $40 melted ice cream.

Good hotdogs. English dog bun was stale. Usually good service.

Didn’t have anything in stock. Had to change my order 2 different times. Asked for mustard didn’t get it. Ordered Reese’s cup blizzard. Didn’t have any Reese’s cups. Didn’t have English dogs. The hot dogs seamed old and nasty. Ended up throwing it away and just going hungry.

The location looks out of the way, but it's a very short and convenient drive from Charleston/South Charleston. The blizzards have been fantastic every time we stop for ice cream! The employees are very nice and happy to help when you have questions

This place doesn't even deserve a rating . My boyfriend and I just went there and got two bacon burgers . The bacon wasn't even cooked , the cook wasn't wearing gloves .. The lady didn't even give us a receipt . Poor customer service .

The worst DQ you could go to. Food is disgusting, they mess up your order. Skip this location.

Went through the drive through to get a #4 backyard bbq bacon ranch burger with pepper jack cheese and add flame thrower sauce and it was wrong so went back to get it fixed and still the cook couldn’t get it right so I tried to call the store with no answer. This makes the third time I’ve gone in a month and my order be wrong. I’ve tried reaching out to the owner and Dairy Queen escalation team but never hear anything back so I’m now officially done eating here and will be advising others not to go as well

I have went here multiple times im the last 2 months. The first issue they had no onion rings what so ever. And was also out of various other things, the second time they got my food completely wrong, the third time they put stuff on my burgers that didn’t even come with it, and didn’t give me onion rings instead have me toast? And then the other time my burger was really salty, all of these times I waited at least 30 minutes for them to take my order and another to get my food

It's absolutely astounding how bad service is. Wouldn't know about the food because every time we try to go we end up giving up and going elsewhere.

Old fashioned type dairy Queen. No indoor seating. No picnic tables. Food cooked fresh. One of few anymore that will make malts.

Showed up at 10:25 on a Friday. Three people were literally hanging out inside but told us they were closed. We drove a bit to get here so that was pretty lame.
