Dancing Dog Ice Cream

One of my favorite restaurants in Charleston. Best smash burger around! Super sweet staff! Definitely recommend.

Stopped in for lunch today and you're still amazing. I had the grilled chicken salad sandwich, fries, and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. It's absolutely the best chicken salad I've ever had and the fries are so crispy.
The staff are so friendly. You really won't regret stopping by.

I'm not a fan of smashed burgers but this one had a great taste perfectly seasoned. No one in our group tried the Hot Dogs because we saw they were Nathan's ALL beef. I'm definitely a hot dog snob. I prefer the WV Hot dogs with pork & chicken weiners. One in the group tried the Salted Carmel Ice cream and said it was really good. 9/10

Came to try the burger as a recommendation and it was fantastic, not expecting a smash burger from a ice cream parlor but that and the fries were on point!

Everything here is delicious and high quality. In particular the smashburgers, hot dogs and battered haddock. They also have the best milkshakes! The service is top notch, with a very kind staff. Highly highly recommend.

We drove from Hurricane and St. Albans to get a very thick peach milkshake and a very berry thick milkshake. Best premium ice cream that’s made in the restaurant. Well worth the trip. The lunch orders smelled and looked delicious. We will definitely return and bring friends.

The people who work at Dancing Dog are a wonderful reminder of the amazing community we have in Charleston. They are kind, patience and would truly give the shirt off their own back to you. I can’t speak more highly of those employees. The food is incredible.. you won’t find a better smash burger!! We love eating here not just for the out of this world meals, but for the employees who never want you to feel disappointed or dissatisfied. Well done!

Nice place. Very clean. Dog and hand cut fries were good. Granddaughter loves the Oreo waffle cone. Recommend.
