I love dominos food but never eat it anymore because the quality is gone. I tried this dominos for the first time in months and it's still terrible. Overcooked. Sloppy. Dry. So disappointing 😞

I order from this Domino's weekly. I've given them 5 star reviews multiple times and told several people this is the best location in Charleston. Unfortunately, lately, they have been slacking. I don't know if it's new management, new employees or what the issue is but it's unfortunate. I hate leaving negative reviews, having worked in food service for many years, but if there's room for improvement I feel the store should know. I've had either a severe topping shortage, missing toppings all together, to overcooked-almost to the point of burnt - tots, chicken, or pizza. I feel like there's no excuse for missing ingredients; there's literally a check list of what the customer wants in their order. The rule of thumb I always followed when working with others food is make it like you would want it. If you wouldn't be happy receiving the order you're putting out, why are you ok sending it out? I will continue to order from here because they do have a good history, they are close by, and I love some Dominos but just be mindful it might not be up to expectations.

Every since the ugly girl with glasses started thinking it was OK to scream like a siren the quality of food, and obviously service has gone down drastically.
I work at the capitol complex so I order food from this domino's pretty often. They are always quick with my order and nice when I pick up my food. It's not a large store but they have yet to mess up my order.

I am ashamed to say that we've ordered Dominos from this location at least twice a week for the past 4-5 years until today. I ordered online as usual only thos time when I got to the check out the coupon price was coming up wrong for 2 items. I called the store and asked for corporate number and was told she didn't know it. So I explained to her my issue and asked to speak with management. She said she was the manager and very rudely said there is nothing I can do about it. I asked for the district managers name and number and she rudely said there's nothing she can do for you either. I told her that she should know the number to corporate in case a customer needs it since there's nothing you can do for me and she chuckled and hung up on me and answered the phone to me again where she put me on hold and left me. She was so rude and disrespectful. I order and tip very well even though I pick it up. Nasty little girl should not work in customer service. I'll give my money to one of the other 10 pizza joints around town.
