Well today is a sad day for me because I love Domino's alfredo chicken pasta well my mother called in today to have an order replaced and I was standing there when she called she told the person on the phone that it was supposed to have been thin and crispy and absolutely no mushrooms because she's allergic to mushrooms, I just called back because I went and picked it up and spoke with the general manager who then told me that my mother did not say any of that which she did cuz I was standing right next to her but even if she didn't it was supposed to be put in the profile when we called 2 weeks ago to get the order replaced because it was screwed up then. We were told that it would be put in her profile that she is allergic to mushrooms and not only that we have never once ordered anything other than thin and crispy that should be in the profile as well, unfortunately since the general manager wanted to argue Domino's will no longer get our money thank you for nothing Domino's you guys suck . Domino's is in my menu at least once if not twice a week and because you guys don't want to listen I now have to choose Papa John's or somewhere else boo boo boo start listening to your customers quit being in such a hurry just because it's Rush pay attention and you won't have to replace your orders, and Miss general manager since you wanted to argue you guys are going to lose our business for good thank you sorry not sorry you guys suck

Called to ask a question. They answered the phone and hung up as I was starting to ask my question. Called back and the call was rejected. Called a third time to address this blatant disrespect and no answer again. Believe the employee said his name was Jack or Zach. Not sure, interaction was very short. We will not be placing our order here tonight and if that’s how they do business here, no one should order from here. Garbage service from this individual answering the phone at 8:15 pm tonight.

Save your money, rude employees and poor service. I was a loyal customer until today but continued poor service and very rude workers I will no longer be supporting this franchise until get can get their shit together. So tired of the hateful rude ass people working there and constantly either to HIGH ON DOPE to get orders right and deliver them or just plain out not wanting to pay attention to orders. When someone calls and informs you of your orders not being delivered correctly and wrong don’t just get defensive when I have proof the order was wrong. Do better and get it together. I literally ordered religiously from this establishment 3-5 times a week but no more, never again.

Does not accept 50$ or $100 its a policy no one heard of said it was post on the door but clearly not i have a photo of the entire front of the store and the pizza cutter is dirty they do not clean it so cross contamination has to be
Was waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes and then was told it would be 20 more minutes before my order would be done this place use to be pretty good but as gone down hill fast
