Food is rarely ready when it should be and an employee told me today that the Domino’s Tracker is fake and not to go by that. The tracker said my food was ready but he said they were just getting ready to put it in the oven.

I did the worst thing a manger could possibly do to another manager - I placed a relatively large order right as they opened on Black Friday to feed a sales staff of 40. The manager Jesus got started on it right away and when I called just 30 minutes later to ask for an ETA, he told me that the order was actually already complete!
When I got there, he helped me carry everything out and even provided plates, forks, and napkins without me having to ask!
Everything was fresh, correct, delicious, and fast! I appreciate the efficient service and we will definitely be ordering from here in the future (with more notice next time!).
