I got a large iced coffee today thru mobile ordering. The line was extremely long and took about 25+ minutes to get to the window. By the time I got there, the drink I ordered was made but all the cold foam was gone since it took so long. I asked the girl working the window and she said she would try to add more cold foam. After a minute, she returned and said the people in the back said the drink was made correctly and that they would not fix it. It’s honestly ridiculous, the drink order included cold foam and when I received it there was none. I do not know why they have to make it that difficult over something so simple. Avoid this place completely or else you are just wasting your money.

This is the slowest and most inconsistent Dunkin I have ever been to. Takes 30 minutes, minimum, no matter how crowded or empty the drive thru is. Horrible consistency on drinks. Attitude of the employees horrible. Go anywhere else!

i order a frozen peppermint mocha coffee with oat milk, and it tasted nothing like that. it had no peppermint whatsoever, didn’t taste like it was made with oatmilk either. my mom ordered a peppermint mocha latte and she said she tasted no peppermint and hers was bad as well. no one made our drinks properly and we were VERY unsatisfied after spending $25 for coffee this morning. teach your staff better or make sure they know what they’re doing before you let them make people drinks. worst dunkin i have ever experienced!!

Typical, newer drive-through Dunkin. Watch the first curve after the ordering sign....it's a tight doozie!
I usually order a coffee to have in the car. It's a limp version compared to others, especially the star guys. Dunkin coffee used to be good. For me it's a convenient location to grab a quick cup of coffee on my way to work. Sometimes I pick up a half dozen donuts. They are aparently still good. I don't eat sugar, but the wife's son does. He loves them. There's wraps and other food besides donuts that one can get.

The plus sized white and black girls were both rude and very slow. It was 7:20-7:55 sept 21st the normal sized girl with glasses was the only nice one but sadly the coffee tasted like burnt popcorn and the big ones complained and gave dirty looks constantly. Food was good the big white girl almost gave me the wrong order twice and kept yelling/ carrying on with her other bigger friends. The normal sized girl with glasses brought us the correct order and was very nice.

Tried to pass off old as hell donuts and had no clue to refund just the donuts. Had to refund the drink as well then repurchase it. Stay away from this place.

The drive thru is a tight fit for medium sized vehicles. My frappacino was almost completely melted and the lady practically threw it in my hand. But it tasted decent and she was nice when she spoke.

Placed a mobile order on my phone… arrived at the drive thru order screen and was instantly told “ you’re gonna have to wait awhile that’s rude” when I said I have a mobile order. No cars in front or behind me. Or in the parking lot.. ok fine. Get to the window and employee advised me her manager advised HER it is not allowed and rude for customers to place orders so quickly to arriving…before I was even offered a receipt. It was one donut, order of bacon, & a coffee, the manager proceeded to tell me infront of my daughter i was rude and disrespectful for placing it on my phone but it was allowed, when i expressed how disrespectful it was infront of my child she just didn’t have anything to say other than why i was disrespectful for using the mobile app Dunkin’ offers.
