Placed a mobile order on my phone… arrived at the drive thru order screen and was instantly told “ you’re gonna have to wait awhile that’s rude” when I said I have a mobile order. No cars in front or behind me. Or in the parking lot.. ok fine. Get to the window and employee advised me her manager advised HER it is not allowed and rude for customers to place orders so quickly to arriving…before I was even offered a receipt. It was one donut, order of bacon, & a coffee, the manager proceeded to tell me infront of my daughter i was rude and disrespectful for placing it on my phone but it was allowed, when i expressed how disrespectful it was infront of my child she just didn’t have anything to say other than why i was disrespectful for using the mobile app Dunkin’ offers.

They can't hear on the intercom contually asking for the same info you just gave. Not friendly at all forgot my husband's coffee luckily didn't drive away. They didn't give any napkins. Just not very friendly experience won't go there again.

Every single time I come here they make something wrong, I physically can’t understand how that’s possible. I always order the “sweet black pepper snacking bacon” or when it’s changed for the season the spicy one, but somehow they always manage to forget the sugar. It’s sweet black pepper bacon, which is 3 ingredients. Bacon, pepper, and sugar. How can they consistently forget the sugar. I come here probably once every 2 months when I’m in a crunch as it’s the closest food place near me. I always account for having to go though the drive through twice as I’ve never had them actually make the three ingredient order correctly. I go to the Duncan in kcity consistently and they always make it correctly. Make it make sense.

I gave them 3 chances I use to stop their every morning for just a regular cup of coffee and idk what has changed there but every coffee I get taste old and bitter, won’t be going to that one anymore

I've been going to Dunkin donuts since they opened on Oakwood. And this is the first time i have encountered rude behavior by the young lady at the first window who took my order and collected my money for items I ordered. There needs to be more emphasis on customer service best practices and emotional Intelligence.

My first experience with Dunkin' and safe to say it wasn't at all what I had in mind. Staff was rude. I ordered hashbrowns, they were soggy, stuck together and overall disgusting. Just highly disappointed.
I recently visited Dunkin' to try their new Green Goddess wrap, but it was so popular that it was already sold out! Fortunately, I opted for the Chicken & Pepper wrap instead, and it was a fantastic alternative. The flavors were spot-on, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
One of the highlights of this location is the great promotions available through the app. Whether you're looking to earn points or snag item-based offers, there are always excellent deals to take advantage of. Another plus is that there's rarely a line, so the only wait is at the second window, and even then, it's quick.
However, the only downside is that the drive-thru is the only option for service, and it's quite narrow. Be cautious when navigating through, especially if you're worried about scraping your rims. Overall, this Dunkin' provides a speedy, delicious experience with some minor drawbacks.

I ordered a cold brew coffee and this is how it came out. The guy also acted like I was weird for being confused that it came out half empty. I’ve been here a few times and service is never the best but this one took the cake.
