I went through the drive through at this location yesterday which was October 16 2024. My kids were super excited to receive the new munchkin buckets. I asked to buy three buckets unfilled and and order of 50 munchkins so I could divide them between the buckets ( my children are 5 and under and cannot eat and entire bucket of munchkins a piece ) while placing my order I was greeted nicely but after the cashier had rung the items up correctly I politely brought attention to it. ( she was trying to charge me for three filled munchkin buckets which are 13$ a piece whereas the buckets alone are only 2$ a piece. She then said “oh my god” very rudely. I also want to add I was not asked what variety of munchkins which I wasn’t too upset about because I know that these buckets were just released today and the store has probably gotten a lot of orders for this heavily promoted item. My order for the three buckets and a 50 count of munchkins came out to 19 and some change. After I paid a different worker handed me my order at the window and said “ be careful they are very hot they just came out of the oven” I thanked her and told her to have a good day and pulled over into the parking lot to divide the munchkins between my three children’s buckets and found that all of the munchkins were cold ( refrigerated not just room temperature) and sopping wet and soggy. I am almost 100 percent sure I was given old product . Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. The buckets were very cute though.

I wish I could give zero stars. Waited in line for FORTY MINUTES for 2 signature lattes and when we got them they were wrong. Don't even get an "oh I'm sorry" from the girl working drive thru. Waited for the right ones and I'm not kidding, the coffee was so burnt I couldn't even drink it. I went In and got my money back. Trashed the coffee. Won't be returning.

I usually get a coffee just about every other more from this store. They are the nicest people I have ever experienced. The morning crew is so nice. They normally know when I pull up to grab my online order. I went there one morning and it was SO busy and there was only one employee. She got the line down SO fast and was still so nice to me. They hired amazing people here!!

Dunkin’ remain one of my best coffee in town. The place is clean and staff are so friendly. The bagel with cheese cream and sourdough are amazing ?. My kids took the Chocolate Sprinkles and really enjoyed it. Highly recommended and will definitely come again ????
I have spent so much money here some days the coffee is good and made exactly right other days like the past 2 days it’s been made completely wrong super bitter. I got the same drink at the one in Southridge in the same day and it was a whole different coffee. SMH. I’m a reliable customer sometimes a daily driving one hour just for a good coffee but the past week has been disappointing except for Wednesday morning

Went through the drive up and requested donuts. First time at the new location. I prefer Dunkin and this is close to work. I was told they don’t have them. I was just at another two days ago and they have it. Snarky voice telling me I’m wrong and they don’t have it any longer. Then a manager jumping in and almost telling me where to go….
