We stood inside for 15 minutes at least and none of the staff said a word to my husband while he was waiting right at the counter to order. We have been through the drive though a few times and it never fails that it takes forever for us to get our two coffees. We’ve almost had to drive off a couple times because it was taking so long and we were going to be late to places we needed to get to.

We're here waiting for our food and others have come in after us and gotten their food. We asked if there was an issue when we didn't see our order on the monitor and the checkout person seemed very annoyed and said they were working on it.

I really can’t rate the food… as I just ordered the iced coffee. I got the Barista’s favorite: medium iced butter pecan with caramel and whipped cream. It was the perfect choice!! Even better… I learned about Happy Hour from 2pm-6pm!! $2 iced coffees!! That’s an amazing deal!!
I was just driving through Charleston,WV that day but I will definitely remember to stop in on my next trip. 😋

Love dunkin but it was my first and last time on this one. I asked for a croissant and two drinks, I paid and the lady working gave me the croissant and shut the window. Logically, I thought she forgot about the drinks (since in every other Dunkin they always let us know if the drink comes later), so I asked about it and got a rude answer and look. Was I suppose to just guess her thoughts? If she hates her job, sorry about it, however, that is no excuse for poor service.

Sausage egg and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich was pretty good, they charged me for 2 Sausage patties and only put one on the sandwich though....it was still really tasty regardless

I absolutely love my local Dunkin!! It’s right by my house and now I visit regularly. The food is great in my opinion, there are many things I order often (especially those French donuts) and feel the pricing is exceptionally fair. My favorite thing about this location is actually the staff. They are all such wonderful and dedicated workers. Leslie and Eddie are in management and do an excellent job. Cordelia - Gracie- Savannah- Anthony- Kayla- Kenzie- Heidi- & Abigail all provide top notch customer service at all times. The entire crew is amazing and go above and beyond to take care of any customers who visit. They take pride in their work and it shows. Due to these individuals- I am now a regular customer who visits at least twice a week! It’s exceptional :)

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’. They messed up my iced coffee and flat-out refused to fix it. Both employees were rude and dismissive, claiming it was “against policy” to remake the drink—seriously? That’s just bad business and even worse customer service. No apology, no solution, just attitude. I left angry and feeling completely ripped off. If this location can’t handle basic service, they shouldn’t be in business. Avoid this place.

I go here almost every day and their service is always consistently great as well as the coffee! They do a Terrific job on specialty donuts for holidays, and I have to brag about Kayla! She is the sweetest ever and goes above and beyond always !
