The staff were extremely friendly and workin' hard. Store was literally spotless. I had a frozen coffee and two very fresh donuts this evening.Parking: Full parking lot outside of the restaurant, free of charge.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor and fully wheelchair accessible.
Whoever manages this store should be replaced. I get staffing is hard, but I've consistently seen 1, 2, maybe 3 employees trying to run this place. They do the best they can, but there's no way 2 people can handle drive thru, mobile, making food, and the counter. Get your business together... bad look for Dunkin and not at all the employees fault. Whoever is hiring needs to step it up.

Long line in the drive thru lane, no one taking orders and stuck in the drive thru and can’t get out. No one even answers the phone in the store. Horrible.

Wanted chocolate frosted donuts but they were out, asked for glazed but didn’t have those either. They then offered sprinkled ones but just had a few after I pulled up to the window. Ended up paying more for fewer donuts ?

We ordered 2 specialty donuts. First they gave us a bag with 1 wrong donut in it, then they gave us a box of 2 donuts & we assumed it was correct but when we got home it was 2 glazed donuts (we ordered brownie batter)

I love that Dunks is in Kanawha City now! The drive thru crew is super nice and if they make a mistake, they quickly correct
I’ve been in the drive thru line for close to 20 minutes and have not moved. The same two cars are sitting at the speakers from when I initially pulled in. There are no cars in front of them. Looks like the employees have abandoned the drive thru because there is nothing moving…
