Firehouse Subs Kanawha City

I do not care if you say hello to me. I just want a sandwich.

Firehouse is aggressively mid for the price point. It's the classic corporate food chain who asks "how can we cut costs on food quality as much as humanly possible, approaching but not crossing the line of inedibility?"

I would never eat here if it weren't walking distance from my workplace. The meat tastes artificial and sloppy. Way way too much mayo/condiments to the point where it's almost gross.

It's ok. I got the steamer as is on wheat. It was medium size with a small drink and cookie combo. It cost me nearly $15.
I had that same sandwich years ago. It was good the and now I wish I didn't get it.. I feel like I wasted money and I would have taken it back if I didn't have to be back so soon. That was my treat for the week lol The meat had a lot of fat on it nearly an inch . More fat than meat and it was not good. Brown mustard I couldnt taste.
Service was fine. They were nice and patient enough. I asked for an extra pickle. They forgot. It was clean quiet. I won't go back.

Order two subs @ 14.29 each 1st one Hook and ladder was so soggy it was a mess and couldn’t even eat it well the 2 nd one was Italian and it was just as bad and then we said no tomatoes and they were on there needless to say my wife was able to eat hers because she is allergic to tomato ! Total of 33.56 down the drain we will not be back

Order was placed quickly with a young man although he spoke very softly and was hard to hear. The delivery of our food (2 sandwiches) took much longer than we expected as there was only one person making them. The number of people standing around waiting became longer and longer. Not all of the hot sauces on the hot bar were labeled with a heat index. The sandwiches were delicious; however, the pickles were frozen ?!?! Just an FYI the honey ham is very sweet.

Very clean and a wonderful staff at the Kanawha city location. A gentleman by the name of Brent waited on me and he was very friendly and made my experience there great!

Wish they had a firehouse sub in Beckley West Virginia. I don't go often cause it is a good drive just to eat

I normally LOVE Firehouse subs but after this I will never entertain the thought of eating there again. My 4 year olds grilled chz wasn’t even toasted the cheese was barely melted. I asked for light mayo and there was so much mayo that my bun was gooey. I was really looking forward to my sandwich until I bit into more fat than meat. Very disappointed with how the staff acted bothered to take my order. Do better Firehouse subs you lost a great customer

The girl waiting on us acted like she was in a rush my ordered the new meatball sub and it was good she said but I the Italian sub without ham and cheese it only 2 pieces of salami very little pepperoni a whole lot of lettuce and way to much sauce it was all over the box and salami was more of off the sandwich than on it without customers you would not have a job.

THEY HAVE WENT TO CRAP! What is going on?? I could make a better sub than them! Let me back there. They pull the meat out of the steamers before the time is up which affects the flavor. That is the WHOLE POINT of Firehouse - STEAMED MEAT. Get it together. I use to love this place so so much. Very disappointing.

A total rip off. Ordered large pepperoni pizza meatball sub, was not on the garlic bread, only had 5 meatballs, ordered combo with drink and brownie, was charged for drink and chips combo, and charged seperatly for the brownie, did NOT GET THE CHIPS that I paid for. Not the first time order has been extremely wrong, over charged, I don't believe it was a mistake, I feel that this was purposeful.
