Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Ordered a ham pubwhich and a lasgana the other day. The portions were a bit smaller than I expected, and the toppings were skimped on the ham pubwhich. When I took it back to the house there was only about six very small slices of ham on it, barely any lettuce and tomatoes compared to Gino's from the huntington area. We stopped there as an impulsive purchase one night, but I honestly can't recommend this location. Staff were friendly and courteous though! No opionon is expressed on whether or not they are lbgtqia2s+ friendly.

Three different tables no customers and dirty. Store help not so much. Online order forces card use but can’t refund order when items aren’t available. Used to be a good location but like many others has been over run with lack luster employees.

Feel very fortunate to have this Gino's so close. I couldn't say enough good things about them. They never disappoint. Thanks for the great service and food.

Stupid ridiculous prices, 3 sandwiches, 57.00, o could have gone to Texas roadhouse for less

The grilled chicken salad was absolutely delicious—definitely a 10/10. The baked spaghetti is our go-to favorite. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called in my order and were quick to check me out in the drive thru. It’s nice to see that kind of service, and it deserved a positive review shoutout!

Look, I love Ginos, but let me tell you something about this Ginos location.. LITERALLY THE BEST I'VE EVER BEEN AT. The food is always on point. I always eat more than I should. I just can't get enough of a place that actually has hot, fresh, delicious food. I am so sick and tired of buying food out that I don't even enjoy, but I know I never have to worry when I order here. They are so friendly and accommodating. I have never seen a work place in more comraderie and high spirits. I always know what specials are going on because they tell you. And look, sometimes people make mistakes.. we aren't robots, right? I have only ever had a mistake once in all of my ordering here, but I love that they correct it without any kind of attitude (that you see SO MUCH of now). I absolutely love this Ginos.. the food, the atmosphere, the employees, everything.

I am from Ohio, customer service was great, food was good as well. They also explain the specials.they had and answered all my question's. I will be coming back when I visit again. One suggestion get some liquid cheaddar for fries and sandwiches.

On the day of April 15th 2025 my family and I was traveling Belle Belle four-lane headed home and Huntington my blazer have a horrible horrible experience that day I have a blowout on the driver side rear I was in the middle of nowhere 3 hours later I get my tire fixed it took over $100 to get a ride with my tire to a garage and back my wife and I are really bad diabetic I had no intentions that day of stopping buy Gino's in malden West Virginia but my wife we're starting to feel poorly so I said heck with it I want to try to offer labor for something to eat as I was explaining my situation the manager Mary didn't even let me finish explaining before she cut me off and with a big smile on her face she said she would gladly I'll buy us a large pizza if she said that day would be two for Tuesday I have never seen an employee anywhere p especially a manager that you can actually tell she was glad to buy

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for 2 pizzas finally got them they were burnt awful pizza worst pizza I ever had in my life got home called the store of course no answer ordered on line at 4:58 received it at 6:35 it won't let me leave a picture or I would show what a burnt pizza looks like
