The burgers were good. Which is the most important part. That being said, service was extremely slow, which would be understandable if they were busy. But they weren't. Added to that is the fact that they weren't serving apps that day. Which was disappointing. Overall I enjoyed it because the burgers were good but I don't think I would want to go on the weekend again if they're going to limit their menu.

I enjoy coming here for a quick bite to eat/drink. Lots of burgers and beer to chose from. The atmosphere is chill and the staff is very friendly and attentive. There are also lots of appetizers to choose from as well. Anyone who loves burgers will find something they love on the menu!

Staff was impeccably friendly, good natured, attentive and the burgers are out of this world. Love the eclectic nostalgic environment that sort or combines malt shop with sophisticated roaring 20’s Art Deco with punched tin ceilings. They had an awesome little band playing that evening that added to the ambiance TT hat evening in our dining experience.

The service was great, she made sure to accommodate all requests and made sure to check on us often. However, we paid $6.00 for (4) deep-fried pickles, 4 pickles!! My fried bologna burger come on a miniature bun and the bologna was two times the width of the bun. Had Texas toast as a replacement. I could not finish the sandwich. Friend ordered Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. She thought they had forgotten the chicken and mistook them for croutons. The chicken was the weirdest tasting grilled chicken I've ever had. She mentioned this to the waitress and the waitress went from extremely nice to kind of cool and distant. I will say the huy, maybe the owner kept checking on all the customers and seeing what he could help them with. This is great customer service! Had very good cold Budweiser in bottles, but lemonade was Minute Maid bottles. I think homemade lemonade would have earned at least another star. Over all, we ordered a Caeser Salad, fried pickles, and the bologna sandwich with onion rings instead of fries which was also a $2.00 upcharge. A Budweiser and Bud light and a bottle of lemonade. Total was over $40 dollars. Just over priced for the quality of food. Over priced greasy bar food.

Worst burgers in Charleston! I've given this restaurant 5 chances to change my mind over the years. These pictures of burgers may look great but you'll be let down like most. Don't believe the good reviews. These are the most tasteless burgers I've ever had and a previous cook at the restaurant recently explained to me their process as to why the burgers are dry, dense, and a water like taste to them.
11/2022 - Still terrible, I stopped in with some coworkers a few months ago and I warned them, but we were close, and they wanted a burger. We had good service, and the fries were good. The burger meat was hard and tasteless. One guy with us only took two bites but wouldn't send it back.
