We were hosting a fundraiser for 150 people and knew we needed something special for our first year event.
We found EXACTLY what we needed at Thyme After Time Southern Cuisine and Catering. It is truly southern comfort food at its finest! The buffet spread was delicious, but their prosciutto wrapped, asparagus, were so flavorful and the beef and sweet potato skewers were a show stopper!
I highly recommend Thyme After Time for your next special occasion. Their staff was friendly professional and really worked hard to create an unforgettable dining experience.

We wouldn't know how the food was because they never showed up for my friend's wedding in September 2023. They asked her to pay for the catering beforehand and never showed up on the day of. This place is a scam.

Just insane. I got a doordash order and holy cow this place is so good. The oxtail pasta is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned. Pasta cooked perfectly and again the seasoning on point. Just the right amount of heat and Cheesey deliciousness. Please go to this place and support it because it’s a gem.Edit: I previously left a 5 star review for this restaurant. It’s food is fantastic and my experience the first two times ordering from here were great, but the really messed up the third time. They took my doordash order for 30-45 minutes. They accepted it. Said they were preparing the order, and then after that span of time cancelled my order and also closed their store on door dash. They didn’t even bother to call or message me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.Edit 2: thank you for the response and the apology. I can understand that and appreciate where you’re calling from. I still wish you called or messaged me to explain but I can understand you’re still figuring things out. I’m updating my review. You guys have amazing food and deserve 5 stars.

I recently has this company do my wedding and people were pleased with the food! I was happy with how it all turned out! They were timely, in chef gear, and ready for a wedding! Will be hiring this company for anything that we do again with a guest list this large!

I’ve thrown hundreds of events personally and professionally, so I usually hold caterers to a high standard. I had the pleasure of having the Thyme after Time at my brother’s wedding this weekend. The food was amazing! Service was awesome! They went above and beyond to help make the day special! I will be booking them for events in the future!

they did an amazing job at catering my friends wedding. They provided a solid service and amazing food. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Went to a wedding that thyme after time catered today. Nothing at all about the food or service was impressive.First thing - they ran out of chicken for chicken Alfredo before 25% of the wedding guests were served.Next up - the Alfredo sauce was barely thicker than milk. The pulled pork was pathetic. Pulled apart lazily with big huge chunks. The bark was non-existent and the flavor was weak. The potatoes were flavorless. An effort was made to cook them to done, but if they tried to make it have flavor, they failed incredibly. So happy I wasn't the person who paid for this mess.

Great food, both upscale or downhome items to choose from on the menu but all made with the Chef's own flare! Get in now while he is just getting started here on the East End of Charleston because there is no doubt that when the word gets out, this place will have a line out the door!!

Chef Anthony has it going on here on Washington Street E with Southern Style Soul Food and great Homemade Home cooking. I’m so glad, because I brought my family to dinner in the hopes of being able to leave a good review and possibly help a new local business.I’m stuffed, my family is stuffed, and we can’t decide what was best out of the three entrees and four individual sides ordered to compliment. The smooth jazz helps digestion and the warm interior has a nice vibe, while the house wine, Southern Sweet Tea, lives up to its name while maintaining a delicate tea flavor. The Fried Chicken is worth the visit alone, and stomps on the competition. If you want the best fried chicken in town, come here. No lie. Wow. Crunchy, juicy, tender crust and meat, and three pieces for take home afterwards. The Salmon Cakes were delightfully crispy on the outside and creamy inside, with a nice sauce. The Rasta Pasta with tender grilled chicken showcases their fresh, homemade noodles, Chef’s handiwork with spices and a super creamy sauce. The sides of Greens, Yellow Rice, Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potato Casserole competed for favorite dish. Greens and Sweet Potato Casserole tied for fave, but the rest held their own.In short, I can’t wait to try breakfast soon. If he can beat my Daddy’s Biscuits and Gravy I’ll be happy… and a little sad. ?Definitely give this place a try, and soon.
Walking into this cozy restaurant instantly brought my appetite back Even, The vibes from staff and being here is bringing my spirit back to life. Thank God... I'm fixin' to eat everything on this menu (ALL I can eat)!!!

I had the lamb burger and fries. The burger was great if a little overcooked for my taste. When I saw the fries, I was immediately disappointed. They're crinkle-cut and I usually don't like those. These were fantastic, though. They're well-seasoned, crispy outside and fluffy inside. I also had the mac and cheese. It's made the way I like it, with thick cheese sauce. It could use a little salt but it's one of the better mac and cheeses I've had in the area. Service was very friendly. I wish the FOH staff was more familiar with the food but they were happy to relay questions to the kitchen.
