Pathetic food. Served cold. Half cooked grilled chicken. No zucchini at 9pm so we got boiled broccoli. Think twice before wasting your hard earned $55. Won’t recommend anyone. They just have a fake smile On & no hospitality.

Over priced, chicken was so dry and tough no wonder it was served with a steak knife, had better grilled chicken from Texas Roadhouse and Chick-fil-A, for a lot less money and better service.

I like their prime rib but no mash potatoes available is like having a hamburger without fries.The alternative is red skin potatoes loaded with too much oil. The seating was near the door with cold air rushing in when the doors were opened. I don’t usually write a review but the owner needs to address these issues or we won’t be back.

The Hale house is a definite must go. The food is amazing. I had the two pork chops that were done to perfection. The Caesar salad was excellent. The place is packed for a good reason. The food and alcohol selection is outstanding. The staff does an incredible job.

We came to Charleston from Northeast Ohio because my daughter wanted cookout (fave fast food from down south) so we had that for lunch and stumbled upon Hale House for dinner. It did not disappoint, that's for sure. We had the short ribs, chicken & salmon dinners and split them all so we could try all 3 dishes. The short ribs were my least favorite due to the texture but the chicken and salmon were amazing! Our server Andrea, was the best server I've had in years and we eat out a lot! Also, the speakeasy downstairs has a really cool vibe if your interested in a drink before dinner.

An absolute gem! Was busy when we arrived but got seated immediately. The pork rinds and buffalo chicken wonton were absolutely to die for. Flavorful and delicious all the way around. 😋 our waitress was above and beyond, super kind and friendly, and checked on us often. First time in this city and I picked the right place. Absolutely recommended 👌
