For one thing, I’m trying to call customer service number and everyone I get is disconnected or I get disconnected, second I bought a bag of hamburger buns The top of them were overcooked and it was very dry. Normally, I like heiner’s but their quality has gone downhill.
I dearly love Heiners Bread products. So thankful we can purchase in Central Ohio!!!

Always fresh , always great tasting , unbeatable price !!! … 5-star bread !!!
I've been buying your bread for a few years now and always been completely satisfied, but here lately your bread has been dry, almost like it old, the dates are good , but the product is horrible, almost uneatable, I've bought 5 different loafs at 3 different places and they are all the same, even talking to other people, they are saying the same thing, come on Heiners. Get back to making a quality product

2/6/24–What has happened to your fresh old fashioned bread? it is now consistantly stale even if dated fresh. Is it just in gallia county ohio area?
Why are you making the bread thinner and jacking up the prices that wrong
Awful place to work, favorites are picked, will take your route and just give it to someone else who wants it leaving your family without hundreds on a check weekly making it hard to afford food all the while you have a child who has Autism. The prices are outrageous and you have bosses doing you dirty like that.. When word gets around you ask them about it and get lied to then a month later it happens. Working long hours even with help! 14 hr shifts or more. Sad the way people want to do hard working people who break their body for a company!
