This place is an absolute joke. I stopped here a few times during my 30-minute break because there’s truck parking next door—big mistake. You’ll wait longer than your entire break just to be acknowledged, let alone fed. The red-haired guy told me, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” That “minute” turned into 10+ minutes of standing there doing absolutely nothing. While I was still waiting just to place a to-go order, other guests walked in after me and were seated before I was even helped. At that point, I left. I also tried calling my order in ahead of time—don’t waste your time. They never answer the phone, probably because half the staff is outside smoking cigarettes instead of doing their jobs. Truck drivers don’t have time for this nonsense. This place clearly doesn’t respect people’s time. If you’re on a schedule, keep driving—this place will cost you your break and your patience... NEVER AGAIN

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The service here was the worst I've ever seen. The waitress kept forgetting everyone order and was all over the place. We got here at 9:30 and our food didnt start coming out till 11:00. The last person didnt get their food till 11:15. Even understaffed, this absolutely unacceptable. The food itself wasn't bad, but it took so flippin long, that it wasn't worth it. Definitely should've gone across the road to Bob Evans.

Ordered a jalapeño burger to go with no lettuce or tomato. Not only was there lettuce and tomato on it but there was no jalapeño or anything else that made it a jalapeño burger. The butter cookie pancakes I've gotten to go the last two times have also been just regular pancakes with some fruit. I gave this restaurant multiple chances because it used to be good but this is the very last time I'll be getting anything from this ihop.

The waitress was really nice but the people in the restaurant were loud and obnoxious near us the entire time. Food was decent but not great. The chicken was dry and the butter pecan syrup tasted very chemical. My daughter loved the chocolate pancakes so we won there. I'd skip this place for a cracker barrel next time in Charleston.

Sorry excuse for a IHOP customer service is horrible lady with short hair was rude and the rest of the employees where wishing ill on the customers DO NOT GO HERE short staffed and the whole restaurant staff wishing ill on customers leaving and DoorDashers leaving waiting 20-45 minutes wait n still no order to deliver I have contacted Corporate Office Concerning this matter!!!
