I frequent this place because it's close to work. I rarely get the correct order. Sometimes I receive the wrong sauce, and other times I get the wrong type of wings. I don't understand how this place stays in business.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Would definitely give zero stars if I could. My husband ordered through Doordash, he wanted to try this place out. I had no idea until reading other reviews to see if others had just as bad of an experience as we did that these wings are through Chili's. Not only was our order priced for the quality/quantity we got, the containers they decided to use for the wings had a bunch of ridges where literally 80% of the sauce stayed. The fries were cold and only a super small portion for the 5 dollars he paid. We ordered bone in but got boneless instead (a common problem which you guys need to PAY ATTENTION to since it IS such a recurring problem.) Honestly think that so many people like ourselves get boneless instead of bone in so they dont have to cook more bone in, and the wings were cold and tasted like they weren't cooked, but microwaved instead. We didn't receive straws for either of the drinks we got. It was just all around a truly terrible and sad experience, especially for the amount of money we paid for it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle, get Sheetz instead. Way cheaper and their quality of boneless wings are far better. Dr. Pepper sauce never disappoints. Better deal for the amount you're paying too.....this is the first and only time we will purchase, and really wish we'd gone with our original plan. I wish we'd have taken pictures. It was an expensive bag of sadness. Do not recommend. Stay away and save your hard earned money.
Revising my original 5 start review. Over the past 3 months the quality has tanked. This is a picture of my order today with little sauce, definitely not tossed in sauce like the pictures show. Last month I ordered and they didn't put sauce on at all. Uber eats refunded my money but this is poor quality coming out of the restaurant.

I would give this zero stars if I could. When I got my food it was cold. Didn’t have eleven wings only had nine also I didn’t even get my fries with my order. I couldn’t eat it because it was so cold so my money went to waste and the sauce wasn’t even on All the wings

Do not be fooled like I was, this is "It's Just Wings" from Chili's Bar & Grill. So expect the same mediocre quality food and flavor that you will get with most other Chili's food. I wasn't aware that this was Chili's until I finalized my order and it said to pick them up at Chili's. Bonk! I could have cancelled and moved on, but I wanted to give them another try and hoped I would be surprised by the difference. Newsflash: same quality of food as Chili's - mediocre at best.I ordered Southwest Cajun Dry Rub, Honey Siracha, Ranch Dry Rub, and Lemon Pepper Dry Rub - went ahead with the 20% tip to help people out and maybe encourage higher quality product and service. I expected to get a text to let me know my order was ready (as directed by It's Just Wings), no text. I went in, was greeting with kindness asking if I needed help, I gave my name, they went in the back, came out with a bag, I said thank you, they said nothing to me, but greeting the next customer as they were handing me the bag and moving on.I got home about 20 minutes later, food was still hot and fresh. I tasted 1 of each flavor of wing. 3 of them tasted mostly like the others... generally flavorless, plain wings. They were cooked decently, not too much, maybe slightly wetter than I prefer. The 1 that had the most flavor had Honey Siracha sauce on it. It wasn't magnificent, but I appreciated getting some flavor with my wing.2 stars for perfect timing on the order (even though the service was lacking)!! The rest, I will avoid in the future. If you take your chances, I recommend tipping when you pick up if you like the service.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
