In Charleston, W VA we had JJ's deliver to our hotel in the City Center. In a few minutes the delivery came by a young man on a bicycle, He met me in the lobby and was very professional. The food was delicious and the Customer Service was top notch! This prompts us to try our own JJ's new in our city of Henderson, KY.

Jimmy John's catered a Christmas Luncheon for over 80 people, and they went above and beyond! The team was incredibly friendly, helped me plan when to place the order, delivered everything perfectly on time, and the order was 100% accurate. They even helped set the table, making the whole process seamless. Everyone loved the food, and their exceptional service truly stood out. Huge thanks to the the Capitol Street Jimmy John's team for making our luncheon stress-free and amazing!
