Had 2 catering orders this weekend that were purchased to feed the medical staff at CAMC Memorial as a thank you for taking care of my dad. They fulfilled the orders with short notice and were so accommodating and friendly. The orders were ready when I walked in and the employees knew immediately the order I was referring to.

The folks making the sandwhiches use the same gloves to handle everything. All the food in the lineup ends up cross contaminated (all meats, veggies, etc). If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, this is not the place for you.

Julia took our order, was incredibly friendly, fast, efficient, and answered all of our questions. Our food was brought out super quickly, and the Coca-Cola had the perfect amount of carbonation! Glad we stopped here during our very long drive for sandwiches.

I rarely leave reviews and have also been to Jimmy Johns in almost every state in America. The people here tonight (8/23) were awesome. Helped accommodate what I needed and were super nice about it. I appreciate yall if you ever see this. Made my trip to Wisconsin much easier.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life on multiple occasions. Employees are just flat out rude and disrespectful not wanting to serve you. I will take my business to capital street from now on. Never again

I ordered a sandwich tray to have ready at 11am. I arrived at 10:58 to pay and pick it up. When I arrived and told the woman at the register I was here for my sandwich tray her response was “It’s not ready yet. The order was for 11am so we’re just a bit behind.” I then asked if she knew how much longer it would take to finish my tray. Her response was (very rudely) “as long as it takes to get done”. I’ll be ordering from the Capital street location from now on. The woman spoke me more rudely than I have been spoken to in a while. Completely unprofessional.
