Other than feeling like the food is a bit overpriced, I can't say think of any complaints. The food & service are great at the Southridge location. They always load you up on sauces and napkins etc.

Asked for a 12 piece, we were told they probably couldn’t fill that. So, we asked what was available, she asked us to hold for a minute. After waiting for 15 minutes she comes back and says welcome to KFC. We explained that we had been waiting on her response to the question and she told us she’s really busy filling the orders ahead of us, never answered the question. Smdh. Needless to say we left.

People that work at the KFC on the Westside in Charleston. Are very nice to me when I walk in the door,or the drive through. Cam and Lindsey are good to me and treat all customers nice 💯.

I dash and this is by far worst location I've been to. Showed up to pick up but the pot pies were 20 minutes from being done. Then you have 2 employees fighting with a baby with some high-school drama type shit.
stopped in to get some food for me and the wife saw there where customers inside it was 8:30 both doors where locked already and they was taking peoples orders inside the store door said 10:30 was closing time so what the hell

DoorDashed my food received my food with no eating utensils for my coleslaw or my mashed potatoes pathetic. Called the store, and they apologized. And we'll make sure next time we have utensils in your food. I don't live in this area at all. Seriously pathetic!!
