I dash and this is by far worst location I've been to. Showed up to pick up but the pot pies were 20 minutes from being done. Then you have 2 employees fighting with a baby with some high-school drama type shit.

DoorDashed my food received my food with no eating utensils for my coleslaw or my mashed potatoes pathetic. Called the store, and they apologized. And we'll make sure next time we have utensils in your food. I don't live in this area at all. Seriously pathetic!!

Shout out to the guy working on Saturday 9/21. I was there at about 12:45 pm and He was the only one working and handled about 5 customers all at once when I was there. Got my order hot and exactly how I ordered it too! He deserves a raise

My husband and I was hasten about stopping at KFC do to last time the staff was very rude at the 35th st KFC but today we stopped and omg the lady that waited on us Joy I wish everyone was like her she was the nicest sweet lady we will definitely be going back and the young man that was there as well they both was the nicest people Thanks y'all for being so nice definitely a great improvement at that KFC

My order was short when I went back they accused me of eating it , I ordered extra crispy and got regular. They said I was lying about my order. I got my order and went home before checking and I'm still missing a piece of chicken
