Visited the drive through tonight around 6:15pm. Prime dinner time for most restaurants. Rolled up to the drive through. No other cars. There was no greeting. Simply the command to "order when you're ready." I asked for a pot pie. The response was "we're out. " No apology, no offer to wait while one was made. No offer to try something else on the menu. I asked if they were completely out, she said "yep." And I drove away.
