I was very disappointed in my experience. I placed my order the person taking the order was meticulous. When we got the order home one entire meal was missing. Though I ordered 4 meals and got 4 boxes and one bag. One meal was completely not there. So one person did not get to eat. We called and them and the person who answered could have cared less. It was late and icy so going back to get a refund or the food was not the best option. Be careful when you stop here check everything carefully!!

Was treated with an attitude from the moment I pulled into the drive through. When I notified Tiffany (who was kind) at the window she made it known it was the GM of this store was who had taken my order. I won’t be back to this location considering your management is extremely unprofessional.

asked extra crispy, got greasy, soggy original recipe..the drum stick and thigh were so small it was pathetic to even call it chicken..I order 2 extra biscuits for a total of 3 biscuits..all 3 biscuits were smashed and severely undercooked..the only thing from my entire meal that was edible was the mashed potatoes and gravy...just all around gross and will not be going back to that establishment..ill go to the west end

Went to Kanawha city KFC, was greeted by a nice young lady, there was a lady making my food said it would be a small wait on chicken, it was super busy and only the 2 young ladies was working. The wait wasn't that long & the fresh chicken was worth the wait. I appreciate how hard these girls was working, understaffed, yet still friendly and willing to serve fresh hot food. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work

I went late at night to get dinner for my girlfriend. No one was there except for the staff and I went through the drive thru. After I paid they told me to pull up to the door even though I was their only customer. It was sketchy. In the end they did not get our order right and the Fries were cold.
