The Kanawha City store would not honor the Tuesday Special. After that, they put a burned piece of chicken at the bottom of the bucket. I'm very disappointed.

If you have the patience to wait a while for a to go order and to correct your simple order when it is missing two sides, then this location is for you. I don’t think I will revisit this location. I should have read the reviews before I ventured to eat at this location.

When it takes over 20 minutes to receive your order because the staff doesn't care and does not prepare food in a timely manner, it's an easy "never gonna go there again" while there 2 cars from drive through waited over 20 min. also and ended up demanding refunds. Do not go to this kfc.

My order had been messed up a month ago. I called Danielle the store manager and she told me she would replace my meal for free. I go tonight and she hand made it herself !! Great customer service!

My dad and I went to grab food at this location for family specifically went to the drive through and we sat there for quite some time. We waited to see if the attendees would return to the intercom. They did not and my dad had to go in to get his order finished up. This was the worse experience I have had with a KFC.

Mixed experiences with this place. Food is hit or miss, mostly miss. The last visit the manager wouldn't allow menu order changes that are accepted everywhere else. When we decided to go elsewhere because of the menu changes at this establishment, she wouldn't allow a refund. I could understand that but they hadn't even started on the order. I had just paid. The window person on that visit both treated us poorly because we were asking for a minor change that is allowed everywhere else and was allowed there on every previous visit. Until management is retrained or move on, I would skip this KFC.
Update. Gave it another try to see if things had changed. Evidently, they have a new manager causing the place to really go down here. Best to skip this one.
Joke of a location. They are currently advertising a KFC famous bowl and a drink for five dollars. They argued with me through the loudspeaker, and when I pulled up to the drive-through to show them a picture of what the board said, a cashier and then a manager refused to honor the price. She said it was priced wrong, and I asked that since it was priced wrong on the board, if she would honor that. She said no.
No way to do business, and they did not get mine.

My wife and I stopped at this KFC for some dinner. The parking lot was horrible, it was a solid sheet of ice and snow from the car to the entryway of the restaurant.( It was an insurance claim waiting to happen). When we ordered our food it was like we disappeared from the restaurant, the only thing the restaurant employees worried about was the drive through after we ordered, all the pop/beverages the restaurant had was nasty 🤢. Employees at this restaurant and others nowadays need to be fired and close down the restaurant because you people suck at food service.🤢
