Little Caesars Pizza

Place an order here often and I can always say when I get my order from here they're always friendly. Of course I order it from online and occasionally I have to order in store. Sometimes they're really busy and no one understands why they are so slow but you have 20 orders coming in and out and see if you don't get behind a little bit I've only seen this though when everyone is getting off of work.

I ordered 4 pretzel pizzas today and asked for there to be no salt on the crust. What I got was 4 pizzas with salt on the crust but no sauce on none of the pizzas. I didn't realize this until I got home. I called and the manager told me to bring them back and they would replace them with pizzas that had sauce. When my son returned them, he was told that they would not be replacing them because there was sauce on them. But there was NONE on them!!!

I walked in and smelled weed and really bad BO or waste. Wasn't the best first impression. The guy at the counter was nice and got me out of there in less then 3 minutes. Which I really thought was nice.

Literally got sick after eating the pizza.

I have been ordering 3-4 times a month the past 2 months. Tonight I ordered from door dash. There is something wrong with the dough 2 out of the 3 pizzas I ordered are still raw and doughy I also ordered lite sauce on those 2 and they stuffed crust was loaded with sauce. I contacted door dash and sent multiple pictures because they won't refund without investigating. The store phone is just a busy signal not sure if it's off the hook or what. I either want you guys to replace or refund. I wouldn't feed these to animals. Is there anyway to reach a manager at this location? The reason I put 2 stars instead of just one is because it's usually really good but not this time.

I have to say this is our favorite little Caesars, food is always hot and good. I wanted to leave a review this time for our door dasher, I thought little Caesars had their own drivers since they charge a few and yes I tipped the driver 10 percent but I feel bad because I'd tipped more if I had cash but couldn't offer card I was using. Our delivery is literally in Witcher creek and our driver was fast to deliver and very polite and food was hot. He was just very respectful and kind so I hope little Caesars uses him more for deliveries because not all drivers show at your door with a good attitude and a smile. I give the driver 100 percent 5 stars, will use delivery from this site again.

Some employees need an attitude adjustment, but most are very friendly and helpful! It’s always clean inside and I watch employees constantly wash their hands!

Best, customer service from employees and establishment. This, is my favorite little Ceasars restaurant to visit here in wv. Always fresh and hott food. The management and employees all need raises here bc they are always slammed and working tirelessly to bring out the best pizzas and wings in the area. 5 stars!!!!
