Very slow the time I went around 20 25 mins to get small cup of ice cream medium mocha malate to our within 2mins feel like they focus on drive through but the saying about everywhere fast food anymore.

Pulled in at the drive through ordered a #10 with extra piece of fish and extra hush puppies and a side of of green beans...get home after of course they had closed by time I got home, well I paid a steep price for two pieces of fish, only two hush puppies, fry's that I didn't order, two rock hard pieces of chicken I didnt order and no shrimp then the best..."burnt corn" and no green beans.

How hard is it to take an order and actually give a customer what they ordered and paid for ?

Haven't had long John's silvers food for awhile and it tasted so good

Ordered the popcorn shrimp meal and we can tell they don't use clean shrimp or care to check it. As I took every single one out of the breading and they were all dirty and literally I just wasted my meal. Thank goodness I didn't give to my kids.

Absolutely horrible, this is the 3rd time recently to try them and they consistently strike out. Most recently on 11/12/24 as a dine in order. A full hour to actually receive 2 of the meals, they "gave your meal to somebody in the drive through accidentally, it's OK as it was burnt anyway". Two employees complaining of being short staffed and talking about and using inappropriate language. This place is a total dumpster fire. Witnessed a couple other walk outs this visit. In summary, they are unable to complete corporate online orders, corrective orders accurately, nor in person orders.

I get the 15 Shrimp Sea Share Everytime. Good price big fat breaded shrimp.

As a long time fan of long John silvers I find myself to be extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. Not only have portions downsized tremendously, I was informed it is now a regular thing to get a half a piece of fish in your fish taco. The price remains the same however. My girlfriend ordered the 3 piece chicken meal and received 3 small chunks of chicken. It was ridiculous to say the least. I have no problem with the staff who were friendly. But bearing in mind the portions have changed for good I will not be returning.

This place has been here for ages, one of the few original restaurants in our area still standing. With Captain D's gone, this is the best choice for this sort of food.

Was there labor day got home didn't have all the food I ordered rude service didn't want to give condiments

Sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes. Once you pull in you’re stuck because of the design. The food was cold and mediocre.
