Ordered a a meal with 3 chicken and 6 shrimp, no freaking shrimp

The food was fantastic! Super fresh and hot. Can't wait to go back.

The food was overly greasy. Hushpuppies full of grease. Wasn't even a hushpuppy texture.
The chicken was very skinny strips about size of pointer finger and very tough and chewy. French fries was cold and over cooked in nasty oil.
Had to wipe my own table off.
Fish was just as bad as the chicken on grease and size of fish .
This was a meal that was OLD or someone don't know how to change the deep fryer oil...and to cut cost I think they cut the chicken and fish into stripe. They definitely wasnt the normal size.
Hush puppies must been soaked in oil to soften them up.

We honestly haven't ever received a meal from long John's so disgusting. Even the slaw wasn't the normal slaw. Very disappointed in the meal.

I went through drive-thru where I sat for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Then another 25 minutes in line to pick up my order. Cars behind me were getting out of line and driving away. So much for fast food. They must have been short-staffed that day. Don't go through drive-thru if you're in a hurry. The food itself was decent, just a little greasy.

I ordered 2orders, they took my money, knowing the one I ordered in Marmet was closed. They sent my orders to South Chas and I’ve still not got a refund and I didn’t have gas or time to go there.

Great food with quick service! Josh is one of the best manager's I've ever been around in the restaurant industry!

Very understanding ppl. So nice and polite ☺️. Thanks LJS I was short $1.37 so while waiting for me to dig my change out They noticed I am a Dasher and they spotted me a meal courtesy of them. Bless their hearts 💕 a BIG THANKS.

I believe this was honestly an off-day for the business. They appeared incredibly short staffed, the employees were arguing amongst themselves over the productivity of what appeared to be a new hire, HOWEVER. the food was absolutely flawless. We would definitely come back just hope they can get some people hired.
