Always good to come here. A little wait if you don’t have a reservation, specially on weekends but definitely worth the wait .

The service was the main issue. Appeared to have plenty of people working, just not the right people. When I asked for condiments, not a big ask, my wife finished her meal before the server came back, with no condiments, to ask how we were. They did deduct my meal. Was never approached by a manager to at least apologize. Guess they were doing bigger damage control elsewhere.

We were told a 30-35 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour. People base their restaurant selections on wait times. If they had told us an hour wait we would have gone elsewhere.

The girl at the front podium was off kilter. My phone kept receiving text saying out table was ready. We would go up and she would tell us to have a seat and she would call us we ready. We went through this four times with this girl all the while others were being seated. After an hour we complained and finally got a table. I forgot to say that we called ahead to be placed on the wait list. It seems like the girl or the automated system had no idea how to sit people.

When we got seated it took almost a half hour for our server to bring our drinks/bread to the point we almost walked out. We were just about to walk out when the server noticed and finally ran to bring our drinks and bread. After noticing her guests almost leave we barely got any attention towards our table and was basically ignored. The food wasn’t the best either. Too much/Dead lettuce in salad, salmon undercooked, and rice was dry. Than, when we finally needed our checks our server was no where to be seen for an hour. Turns out she was cleaning the floor:/ I thought customers came first before closing the restaurant? By far the worst longhorn I’ve ever been too. Go to barboursville instead

Today is 1/28/25. Bartender is the rudest. In 15 mins he only spoke to me once. He walked by me multiple times and did not check in. I left. Came over to Texas Roadhouse and got better service immediately. Staff here were friendly and gave great service. Longhorn is one of my fav restaurants. I couldn’t stay there with someone who wouldn’t even look at me as they passed by.

Service was great. Our steak was overcooked and dry though which was disappointing as we were out for our anniversary. But the waitress could tell I was struggling eating it and took it off the bill without me asking for anything. That was very appreciated! They were extremely busy so we'll give them a try again. The strawberry dessert was DELICIOUS! 🤤
