Highly unprofessional on the inside. When I came in, there was a worker being terribly discriminative towards a deaf co worker and belittling them the entire time I was in the store while other customers where also inside. As a person who has deaf family members, this was highly disrespectful and quite frankly unacceptable. I’m not sure of the deaf co workers name, but the rude workers name is Coop from what I gathered from conversations during my visit.

Had to call after 30 minutes of the delayed delivery time. No apology, no update, pizza marked delivered 10 mins before I called. Woman on the phone said “they always marked it delivered before they get there to make delivery times appear faster”.

Good food. Would avoid this location for service, however.

Called at 7:20pm July the 1st to see if they was hiring drivers the black guy that answered the phone was rude said it wasn’t his concern call back Friday to talk to someone like really are you that simple that you gotta act like a damn fool it’s a yes or no or let me talk to a manager. For gods sake it’s four days til Friday

At Patrick st in Charleston WV on 5/23/25, I drove to the pickup window, waited for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and when the lady came to the window and asked if I had ordered, I replied that I wasn't sure if they were still open so I hadn't ordered yet. She mumbled something, sighing for effect and walked away and never came back. That rude grunt has been there for a few years and every single time I've had to deal with her she's been totally nasty and inconsiderate. After tonight I won't have to worry about that ignorance again because I'll never go back except maybe to just mess with her for the sole purpose of getting on her nerves and it would be hilarious and fun for me

Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.

The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.

My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.

We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.

Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's in this area.

They constantly mess up orders. I had an order messed up. I called they were very nice said no problem we will remake it for you at no charge. Today I called in the remake, they told me 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. I show up in 15 and wait the next 18 minutes on my order. They didn't even start it until I was supposed to be picking it up.

I ordered delivery today from work and I got I always opt into the emails to track the status of my order. Today I got an email that said my order was delivered at 11:30am. Never been delivered. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and I decided to go over to Marcos to talk to someone in person. I ran in to the delivery lady and she said they close out their delivery tickets to keep their delivery times down. My food was delivered an hour and a half later after I had ordered. I understand being installed but do better Marcos. I will never order from this place again. Bread is soggy, my chicken isn't hot. Not satisfied.
