My husband and I have come here for years and poured money into this piece of filth establishment. I call it that because tonight they burnt all of our food and the very barbaric and rude staff told us there's nothing they can do about it, it's how the chicken is . It's never been burn like this before and I've come for years . They refused to refund or remake our food . We literally needed this food tonight and we can't afford to throw away 35$. The woman who spoke rudely and refused to take accountability was an African American woman, that only matters because of description. I hope the owner sees this and looks into her because I've spent thousands here just to be treated like garbage tonight . You won't refund my 35$, you gave me food so burnt so inedible it can't even be chewed ..you just lost money đ° because if you had just refunded me I was gonna place a pizza order but no you are a selfish person who takes no accountability and has zero professionalism . Meanwhile the rest of the staff just glares at me for asking for something simple considering how much I've spent . Also your chicken is left out for hours unrefrigerated I noticed by the words she spoke about it and it was just laying out in a bucket in the open there . That can't be up to code .

I ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas. When I went to pick it up there was a slight misunderstanding with what was wrote down, but the girl upfront was very apologetic about it and didnât hesitate to make it correct and gave a discount on the order. I 100% understand mistakes happen and was very pleased with how it was handled. Everyone agreed the pizzas all tasted great.

First of all I usually donât review a place I donât like or had a bad experience because I know things can happen and a place could be short handed or ingredients are low or someone quit etc⊠but when it happens repeatedly I finally have to say something- This was the Worst Marcos experience so far- and the last time I waste money on their pizza Pizza was forty five minutes later and what it was supposed to be cold and burnt on top of that⊠driver didnât seem to care - she had no idea where she was⊠-(I had called to cancel long before she showed up because it was so late) I was told it couldnât get cold because they use âheated bagsâ to deliver your pizza- What a load of B.S. - Believe me when your pizza spends over an hour in a âwarm bagâ it just makes the crust wet and tough and extremely hard to even bite through- you are pretty much tearing the pizza like an animal- The bottom was so burnt it was black- I took one bite and threw it out⊠the only person who ate anything was a stoner friend and he ate almost half a extra large âblackenedâ big cheese- No reason to call and complain⊠Iâm sure youâll get a replacement pie with ingredients on it you might not want and you surely didnât order No thank you Not worth getting sick over because you know they do that kind of stuff⊠I usually (used) buy a couple of pizzas a week from Marcos but that is now over- Iâm not paying those prices anymore especially when there are other places that are cheaper and better- even that nasty âpizza pizzaâ place would have been better than burnt , cold and tough And please Marcos donât reach out to me- there is NOTHING you can do and there is NOTHING I want from you-

Placed an order at 7:08 PM and got an email an hour later saying it was out for delivery. Called around 8:30 PM and the girl who answered was rude and dismissive. When I asked where the driver was, she first said âshortly,â then when pressed for more information, âI donât know,â and sounded annoyed before adding there was only one driver. All she had to do was say that from the start, which would have been completely understandable. The pizza finally arrived and was lukewarm at best. Not worth the money.
This is not our first disappointing experience here. The last one was underbaked and greasy. Meh overall, we will not be coming back for a while.

Marco's pizzas are excellent, and my husband loves them. Even better for me as a diabetic, their menu features a pizza bowl - all the great tastes of a pizza without the guilt - and carbs! - of a crust.

Highly unprofessional on the inside. When I came in, there was a worker being terribly discriminative towards a deaf co worker and belittling them the entire time I was in the store while other customers where also inside. As a person who has deaf family members, this was highly disrespectful and quite frankly unacceptable. Iâm not sure of the deaf co workers name, but the rude workers name is Coop from what I gathered from conversations during my visit.
