the owner thinks Democrats want people to die to hurt Trump. he's way too ignorant for my business.

Not surprised this place closed. Management has left town but the food was always way too foo foo for Charleston. There were literally 2 items on the menu that I would eat.

We were just in Charleston overnight and found this place by searching TripAdvisor. We were very happy that this was our choice. I had a wedge salad, my wife a Caesar. Both were excellent. Main course for me was homemade pasta with bolognese sauce, fish tacos for my wife. We were both extremely pleased with the food, its presentation, and the service.

Only about 5 minute out of our way. Great food. Great local beer. Made a kids meal for a picky 6 yr old. Try the fried green tomatoes.

The lunch menu is the only thing available from 11:00 - 5:00, and it is limited to burgers, sandwiches, and salads. I ordered a Cubano, but apparently they didn't have all the ingredients to make it. Those missing items also knocked a few other sandwiches off the menu. Their chicken club was not a club sandwich at all - it was a big fried chicken breast with bacon and swiss cheese - but it was tasty. My daughter had a burger, and it was not overcooked (?) . Service was friendly, but not particularly attentive. Overall, we're glad we found this place, but wish we could have ordered off the dinner menu, which looked great.

My wife and I try to save Friday night as our "date night." Last Friday night we wanted to make it special, so we dined at The Market...and special it was. Owner/Chef Richard Arbaugh's new menu is outstanding & we both tried dishes we've never had before. They were excellent, as was the service. Definitely on our list for a return visit soon!

Great little restaurant with friendly staff. Visited for lunch when they serve a limited, but varied menu found on a card at your table. Have a full service with a nice stock of spirits. We enjoyed the meatloaf sandwich and cubano sandwich. Don't miss out on the onion rings as an appetizer as they are excellent.

I made a reservation for 4, twice, as they had to call me back to reschedule the time. The reschedule was not at all an issue. However when we got there they had our party for only 2 people and wanted to set us next to the door but All the tables were empty.?? It was a frigid evening and it didn’t seem to make since to even have a table there. We would have been cold and had to be in the midst of everyone when first being greeted and seated. Hopefully the food was good because we left and went right down the road to Lola’s Pizza. And that was good! Good ending to a bad start.
