The food was as you would expect from a McDonald's via the drive thru. I would recommend only using the drive thru here. We stopped for a quick dinner 7 hours into our 10 our drive home from a trip, so we had loaded truck with gear. The family needed to use the restrooms before we ordered. I stayed in the truck and in the course of 5 minutes, 3 different groups of people cased out the truck to see if anyone was in it/if they could break into it. The first one checked it out within 30 seconds of parking (once they went into the building).

Ordered through door dash and I er half my order is missing what we did get was made wrong. Have tried to call over 10 times with still no answer and my husband spent close to $40 for him not to even get maybe $15 worth of food. Going to keep calling tomorrow until I get an answer.

I picked up a GrubHub order & the manager was in the lobby, cursing & yelling at (I'm guessing) her bf on the phone. Very unprofessional place. Within 500 yards of the Capitol building & this represents Charleston, WV.

This place is absolutely disgusting, while we were waiting, cock roaches where falling from the ceiling. Very slow. Waited 1 hour for a ice coffee and small fries. Counter tops were full of bugs to. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The food when you order on door dash or uber eats is always cold or something is always wrong/missing with the order. This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from DoorDash and they have yet to not give my daughter her happy meal or there’s other stuff missing. Starting to see this place as the Patrick St McDonalds. Absolutely horrible service.
They should shut down and fire their managers and alot of the staff and hire new and reopen

Placed my order with the mobile app when I arrived i waited and waited finally had to go inside where I found out not only did they apparently not have my order but according to the nasty rude manager they have nothing to do with the app she couldn't get my food or refund my money. I will never again go back on my word about never visiting a McDonald's again. This is the second time the McDonald's on the east end of Charleston has made my daughter cry. They are a worthless place to be at.
