I just left with my $20 order of 2 #1’s and got home with only one Big Mac. Did not call to complain, felt it was a waste of time. All they were going to say was, come back and we will give it to you. Just didn’t feel like going back out, I was tired from my 10 hour shift I just worked.
managers are rude restaurant is unclean they are very slow and don't care it's the WORST McDonald's I have ever been in and will never be back to this location again
aweful. disgusting. this McDonald's is filthy. customer service was horrible. and no sweet tea. wtf. my biscuit was hard and greasy and black

McDonald's is a conveniently located spot, especially after a hospital visit. Customers can enjoy warm food in a nice atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and serves well. The Filet O Fish meal was a letdown in terms of portion size and quality. Despite the friendly service, the fries were cold and the Coke flat. The burgers and tea were good, but the fries seemed stale and hard, possibly left under the heat lamp for too long. The service is sometimes slow, but the food is always fresh and orders are rarely incorrect. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. There is ample parking and the drive-thru is efficient, though it can get busy at times.
