They always mess up our orders. Every time. And service is crappy also. Should get rid of most the workers and restart with better people who want to work and provide better customer service

I have placed so many orders and they don't ever have my fries or half of my food is missing. Such a terrible place to order from. Will be going to other McDonald's for now on and out.

I often give places a few times before I rate them. That being said, I would give this place a 3 out of 5 stars. They are often not in a rush to get your orders out. I think this is a lack of management intervention to drive workers. It has the potential to be great, but requires motivated staff. I will say that the food is always fresh and they have never gotten an order wrong. This is impressive seeing as I visit here often both for personal and for Door Dash. There is always plenty of parking and I have yet to see a long line inside. The drive thru can get a little busy, but it seems to go faster than inside.

They turn the option to order from the app OFF for whatever reason. If you want to order through the app you have to go to a different location.

Poor ownership, management, and customer service. Owner has a mouth and is rude and allows his employees to treat customers as trash. Also they have a tendency to mess up food and refuse replacment. I've had multiple issues with this and had just circled through to get it fixed with refusal from staff. Td and not the 1st time staff was cursing oneanother aloud as I was trying to pay. Spoke with a mananger, bc the person at register couldn't work the card system correctly, she was very sarcastic and rude so I was back and said than I gues they didn't need my business or money and she said we don't and slamed the window on me. I won't support them again not even for a cup of water
