Simply the worst. No AC, dirty bathrooms, fries both over & undercooked, no cheese in doublecheese, somehow mcdonalds is out of ketchup….slow as hell, mess

Went through drive thru , ate burgers right away and were already not very hot also very light on ketchup wondering if they have the settings wrong on their ketchup gun

Don’t bother. I used to be a regular customer but every time I’ve been there in the last two years either the food is wrong or the service and atmosphere is absolute trash. I’ve waited 30 minutes for food in the drive-through when nobody else was even there. The self order kiosks never give receipts. Food is wrong. Etc.
Today I tried to get a late lunch. I walked in and there’s a lobby full of people, but nobody working the counter. Eventually, somebody walks up and says oh I have to get somebody. She proceeds to wander around without asking anybody for help. Meanwhile, half the staff in the back is yelling at each other, loud enough for all the customers in the lobby to hear.
This place needs a whole new staff.

I prefer to go to this McDonalds rather than the East End McDonalds. Only issue is they hardly let you order on the McDonald's app, which is annoying.
