There was a fly in my mocha frappe, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through before I got to make a order and ended up driving 30 minutes back home to find out my quarter pounder I payed 12 bucks for was a single plain cheeseburger. Honestly I hope the place gets shut down.

Absolutely the slowest McDonald's in the entire state of West Virginia, might even be the entire east coast. I lived in Washington DC and got food faster from an entirely Spanish speaking staff (I only speak English). I swear they do an IQ test before hiring and only hire 75 IQ and under. I've waited 30 minutes plus and watched numerous other people give up and leave in the drive through, only to discover no one was even at the window waiting for food. The staff sit inside fingers crossed you'll just give up and leave before they get on the mic. I worked overnight McDonald's when I was 17 and could take an average order, do change, cook the food, bag it and give it out the window in 10 minutes tops and it was so easy. They're robbing corporate for 10$ an hour. Needs shut down.
