Absolutely the slowest McDonald's in the entire state of West Virginia, might even be the entire east coast. I lived in Washington DC and got food faster from an entirely Spanish speaking staff (I only speak English). I swear they do an IQ test before hiring and only hire 75 IQ and under. I've waited 30 minutes plus and watched numerous other people give up and leave in the drive through, only to discover no one was even at the window waiting for food. The staff sit inside fingers crossed you'll just give up and leave before they get on the mic. I worked overnight McDonald's when I was 17 and could take an average order, do change, cook the food, bag it and give it out the window in 10 minutes tops and it was so easy. They're robbing corporate for 10$ an hour. Needs shut down.

Restaurants is ridiculously dirty. Broken equipment causing lack of items to order. Old oil being used. I mean my fries were almost the color of the bag. Had to ask for the correct change owed and then had to wait for a manager to open the drawer to get my money I was owed back. Won't be visiting this location again. Oh and my chicken sandwich had a bone in it. Imagine that.

The worst McDonald's in the Kanawha Valley. The food was poorly made, although nobody forgot to salt the patties or the fries, and everything was fully cooked. The tables were all dirty, the bathroom was filthy, almost unusable, and the dining room was very hot. The shake machine, and the ice cream machines were both not working, much like the employees. At least the frozen drink machine was working, and I didn't get food poisoning, so it wasn't all bad, but I couldn't describe it as good either. There are other restaurants nearby, and better McDonald's that are a short drive away, so I recommend that you go to other restaurants, and avoid this location.Parking: A small, poorly-maintained free parking lot is provided for customers. Large vehicles can probably utilize the adjacent shopping center parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: When I arrived, all the disabled parking spaces were blocked by pylons, but no work was being done, in violation of the ADA. When I left, all the pylons were removed, so somebody must have complained. I really needed to use one that day.

For starters I waited 25 minutes for my 20 PC nuggets. In the mean time two lovely meth addicts come in. Gracefully greater by the staff. Continue to lean over the counter with her nasty disgusting sweaty body. While getting free fries and drinks. All during a 12 o'clock lunch rush. So glad that they were taken care of before a paying customer. I rather drive 50 miles out of the way to ever return to this place. The smell and conditions of the establishment screams health violations. Sorry excuse for a restaurant that's know all around the world.

Awful place to work. I worked there 4 days and quit!! A lot of employees with nasty attitudes!! The floors and cook equipment are very out dated and need cleaned BAD! Bathroom smells of sewer. No Air Conditioning!!! Needs some cleaning up honestly with the employees and the whole store.

There was a fly in my mocha frappe, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through before I got to make a order and ended up driving 30 minutes back home to find out my quarter pounder I payed 12 bucks for was a single plain cheeseburger. Honestly I hope the place gets shut down.

Health department seriously needs to just shut this one down!! Food is old and disgusting!!! Extremely slow like 45 minutes on a cheeseburger, staff is rude standing on phones at drive thru window then handling drinks and food!! Sat in line so long half the line drove off unfortunately I had a mobile order and was forced to wait. Won’t be back you’re better off driving to SC or Dunbar!
