I just went to pick up a GrubHub order. While I waited for the food, I saw the employee's dreads drag across the fries as he put them in the bag. He looked around to see if anyone had seen him do it, too.

Very good place the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful although they have a small washroom or restrooms but atmosphere in the store is fantastic. Chill. They have ample space for truck parking. It can fit up to 12–15 trucks at a time. Yes, you can park your RV overnight and have a very good breakfast in the morning just on the side is braum and Walmart across the road

Food was cold but worst of all the girl with the pink Carhartt hoodie was absolutely offensive she was loud and saying she hates working at McDonald's for everyone to hear in the lobby and she was throwing out language left and right bad language!! She was talking bad about another worker that was pregnant and saying how she don't think she is pregnant and how she starts stuff where it needs to be started it totally ruined our family meal time 😔 she was so volger she was completely making a seen and yelling for attention she was rude to and about customers to the crew she was wiping her nose with her dear hand and touching our food as she bagged it she wipped her nose and then grabbed hand fulls of napkins as she placed them in the bags I'm just very grossed out ! By my experience she was telling about people leaving trash on the tables ! I could go on and non

Driving home to Ohio. Stopped on our way through. Chicken nuggets kids meal, 2 cheeseburger meal, and a drink and 3 other sandwiches. Had us pull up to wait for our food. But did give us drinks first (no straws). Drinks were double cupped. Kids meal had zero nuggets. And there was someone else’s sandwich in our bag. Do better McDonalds.

Lunchtime drive thru. The cooks at this place obviously doesn’t know what an onion is! I’ve asked for extra onion on McDouble because they NEVER and I mean NEVER have onion on burgers. They charge an extra $1, which is no big deal, but they still refuse to add Onion. Going to start spending my $100 week lunches elsewhere. Management get your cooks under control. New management all around should take care of it.
Are food was cold old and nasty when we asked if it was made fresh we was told it all was just made and the fries was just brown but they had no flovor and was soggy. Very disappointing

I don't expect much when ordering from McDonald's. That being said, this was an unexpected letdown. We ordered mocha frappes, they didn't have mocha available but instead of telling us they tried to give us caramel in their place. Our breakfast order was put together in a sloppy fashion. I ordered Mcgriddle sandwiches. One of which had a hair stuck between the cheese and egg. I did receive a refund but wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
