Not quite sure if the wager is more on the machines they have inside or coming to this gaming house itself. Of the few times I've been the only "true 99.9% guarantee I can offer is that the atmosphere is more of a library setting as opposed to anything social. You can't speak a notch above a whisper without being 'spoken' to and if you are wanting to play past 2:15am or want to buy an instant scratch ticket after 1am... Then your luck is best somewhere else

It's a hit or miss of availability because there are only 7 machines. Depending on the worker, you may be allowed to whisper. Otherwise the noise level is capped at mute/sign language.
