The staff was friendly atmosphere was very nice room was excellent loved the bottles of products offered in bathroom of shampoo conditioner etc…. The free breakfast was excellent loved the pancake machine never ever seen pancake maker like that …Me and my my husband was very pleased with this hotel keep up the good service!
The best I can say is the food was edible. Staff was great but man even the desert was bad.
The Cajun Chicken Pasta was out of this world.
Quality assurance walked in our room when we within the first 1 we were there no knock or nothing . It was 1/2 after check in time so that job was not done . All dishes were in the dish washer clean but not put away. Hot tub was not working and another guest said they were told in the morning about it . Front desk said give it time maybe it need to rest between times of use . I told her that is not how hot tub in a hotel work. Take a shower and the drain don’t properly work as the water is up to your ankle by the time u are done with your shower and drain very slow. I don’t usually have problems at a holiday inn but this one was not up to standards. Employees were nice and friendly otherwise I will say that that . No paper or pen I the room or room service menu’s or tv guide . Kind of a disappointment stay or a holiday inn no worth the price on this one
I would compare my double bacon cheeseburger to Burger King. Except, that Burger King toasts the bun and serves it dressed. When I asked to have the bun toasted, the chef, toasted the crown and the bottom or heal I got cold, just the way it came. Not a good choice. I ordered ahead and was on time for my pickup. Deleted fries, and got sampler added. Total was 50 bucks.. Neither was worth close to that price tag. Photo after I asked for bread toasted. Still some assembly required.

This place has very high prices for food and drink. 20$ for a grilled chicken sandwich and fries? Walk to a nearby restaurant, there are 2 within 2 blocks.
Located inside the Holiday Inn, I had a great time at this place, the bartender was the coolest dude, the place is very modern and comfortable. Unfortunately the food didn't allow me to give them the 5 stars but I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have some drinks in a really relaxed place.

Very disappointing. About 30 minutes after they opened I ordered wings… easy bar food right?…. They were reheated, soggy, precooked wings (and not even hot all the way through.)BTW… the menu says 10 wings are in an order… I only received 6. Would not recommend.

I am wanting to know why hasn’t this hotel issued an investigation or apology in reference to the event that happened on December 6, 2022. Where employee Hope Carroll put out a youth cheerleading team that was there for a sleepover? I have not seen where any action has been taken to make this unfortunate situation right. I would like to know why this woman Hope Carroll is still in a position where she can do this again?

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The woman at the front desk was rude. So we took our business elsewhere.
Went in to see about booking a conference room for a baby shower recently. To my utter shock I found that after months that Hope Carroll is not only still affiliated with the company but the first face I saw when I walked in needless to say for the protection of those in attendance I will be going with another venue. The fact that there has been no notable repercussions of this womens flagrent disregard for equality really is upsetting to our community. All I can say is do better!
I have been staying here for over 3 years. I stay over 100 nights annually here in Charleston and this is always my go to place to stay. The staff and ownership are great. It really makes me feel at home which is great when you are 328 miles from your home over 100 nights a year.
Misty is probably one of the best people I’ve met. Her mixology skills were on point and the food was really good. Had an overall great time. But definitely saying hi to Misty is a must!! She’s a legend and definitely an icon. 11/10
Misty is what makes this place special. Her memory is impressive, her drinks are delicious, and the vibes are immaculate.
