Showed up an hour before they were set to close. Parked right in front of the door. Our headlights were shining inside. We’re getting out of the car to go in and order and an older lady walks to the door and turns off the open sign. She looks right at us. You can’t avoid us. We immediately get on the phone and call to see what’s going on and she stood there beside the ringing phone. Looking at us. Not answering. Great customer service?!!?? I think not. We wanted to try them out even though they look trashy from the outside. Very old torn up Christmas decorations falling apart and off the windows. Clutter everywhere. But we are definitely done with them now.

After waiting an hour for my order, they forgot my white rice with my order and I have to driver back. She seemed very angry that I wanted the food that I paid for. In addition, they made the wrong food that I order with the receipt to prove it. The woman working at the counter asked me to pay for them to remake the food, when I refused, she was hateful and rude. After years of our family coming in weekly, that will no longer be the case. I do not recommend this place. Their customer service is atrocious.

We have ordered from Fortune Pavilion many times. It’s a mom and pop restaurant with usually just two people working. Food is cooked fresh to order and is really consistent. The flavors are a little different from what I usually receive from other places. For example the crispy chicken is more spicy and less sweet. There is no inside dinning.

It clearly states online that they do delivery, but when I called I was told they don't! That probably needs to be fixed online..

They refuse to give you refunds and they won't change your order either. I ordered chicken chow mein and I was expecting fried noodles but I got cabbage instead so I didn't know there was a different version of chicken chow mein but they said to me that I ordered the wrong thing and they wouldn't change it to fried noodles.

First impression was a bit hesitant but my food was actually delicious. I ordered the lunch special of beef & broccoli with pork fried rice and I have to say for $8 it was great! My coworker got the crab Rangoon and it was FANTASTIC. Definitely recommend

Extremely slow delivery. More than an hour although 30 minutes was promised. After calling for update, was told the driver left "10 minutes ago" to go 2 miles, and 20 minutes later the driver had still not arrived.
