Ordered delivery Alfredo was basically plain noodles bc it had hardly any sauce. Salad was very very small for 3 entrees and 1 appetizer. Won’t waste my money again tv dinner would’ve had more sauce.

I ordered the soup and salad off the lunch menu. I ordered the Minestrone soup, it contained very little vegetables, and I noticed bowl was only about 1/2 full. My friend ordered the chicken gnocci, and maybe two or three pieces of chicken. Plus salad was basically lettuce, everything, the purple cabbage, two slices of tomato. Needless to say, was very disappointed, and if you order just soup, it is still $8.49. Don't know when I'll be back to the Olive Garden at Southridge.

This is the second time in the course of a month that I’ve come in, waited at minimum 15 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted to drink. 10 minutes later I received my drink. 30 minutes after that, I was brought the wrong meal completely. In total I spent 3 hours in the restaurant on my most recent. There was no accountability and poor service.

Tonight there were 4 of us that came to eat. We ordered simple but the person that waited on us was horrible, brought are salad that had things we didn’t want, didn’t ask about refills then made the comment well you didn’t want your salad or cheese. Well, if our food was right it would had been different. We will not be back at all. Also, the person who waited on us stood by the door with their arms crossed pissed because we don’t tip, well if you done your job well we would had. Maybe this company needs to watch who the hire if they can’t do their job!!! If I could have gave a zero star I would had. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Was with a very large party. Regardless the food was all dry spaghetti looked like it had been in the bowl the entire day and dried out. Breadsticks extra salty and drink refills were very few and far between. Maybe with a smaller party or a couple would be better. Not there best showing.

Had a dinner there last night and was taken well care of! The server was excellent! The cook(s) did an excellent job! I appreciate the addition of mash potatoes back on the menu. Thank you for the serving of garlic butter as well! Loved my experience and will be back! Would recommend!

Had the salmon with mash potatoes and fried mozzarella! Salad of course! I totally enjoyed my dinner experience!! Much love to the staff and God Bless!

I have to start by saying, I am a fan of Olive Garden, in general. The Huntington Mall location is one of my favorite places to eat.

But this location just ain’t it. We waited for over a half hour to be seated, which is fine and to be expected during dinner hours. So, no complaints about the wait time.

But they took us to a booth that was literally too small for me to sit in comfortably. I am not a small man, but I have never not been able to fit in a restaurant booth before. For reference, I am 5’8 - 250 lbs. I could barely breathe in that booth, and definitely couldn’t eat a meal there.

So, we asked if they could move us to a table. They said we would have to go back on the wait list. We were there for my daughter’s birthday dinner, so we said that was fine, we would wait. It was another 30 minutes, before my wife went back to the hostess to see how long the wait would be. They had forgotten to put us back in the system.

So, they had seated literally everyone else in the waiting area, and there we sat. Finally, after almost an hour the 2nd time, we were seated at a table, and got to have our meal.

The Salad was great, very fresh, and not the least bit soggy. One of the better salads I’ve had from Olive Garden. My wife and daughter loved their soups. Then, the entree was just ok. Nothing special, really.

We actually had pretty good service when we finally got in. The booths are just way too small the average person around here. If you are not a skinny person, be sure to request a table, because you will not fit in most of the booths at this place.

Also, i was upcharged for the soup that was supposed to come with the meal for my wife and daughter. My total bill was around $115.00 (tip included) I did tip 18% in spite of the lackluster performance in getting us seated. It was the waitress’s fault we weren’t seated for that long, or that the booth was too small.
