Great service and really like the team as I know some on a first name basis. I used to buy a breakfast sandwich here almost everyday but sorry this new bread is just not good, too soft and rubbery, the great crunch you get from fresh baked bread is gone. With the quality down and cost still the same I am searching for a new breakfast place. Still like your sip club.

This has been my go-to dinner spot for grab & go days.. and honestly I'm disappointed in the quality and service my family has received on our last 3 visits. The portion of salad they are giving now is 1/3 of what it always had been. Management experience regarding customer service was astounding.. like pitiful horrible. But Brandon who usually works at the front register is the sweetest, most polite young man in there. He truly deserves employee of the year.. while others stand around doing nothing, talking, shouting, gossiping. And other Management is right there participating. There shouldn't be 50% airspace in your salad container. When you order a half Greek salad w/ chicken, you get a quarter salad now. I was checking my bag on the way out recently and a GM got up from his table, came over to me and asked if there was a problem. I politely told him I was just surprised by how small my salad was. He said staff has been over compensating, I told him we had been coming in 2x weekly for months ordering the same thing, so that doesn't make sense. I asked if I could possibly have some more lettuce added to my salad, and he goes behind the counter and grabbed a small container, then proceeded to place 3 tiny shreds of lettuce in it and hand it to me. Needless to say my husband, daughter, and I were shocked. Quite dumbfounded. We, like many other families.. spend hundreds of dollars per month bringing our business to this restaurant, and to be treated in such a way was imo unacceptable. I love the food, the ambience is great, but quality has dropped and when you're a regular you notice it. Even my bread was just hollow like foreskin..

It was our first time trying Panera Bread and our experience was mediocre.

To start, the workers were all very nice and friendly. They provided recommendations on what was good and were very helpful when we tried to place our order. Although the service was great, I did find the prices to be on the higher side considering the portion sizes.

I had ordered half a steak sandwich with toast, and a bowl of French onion soup (as recommended by the staff). For this meal, my total came out to be about $17 USD. The sandwich was a bit small and barely had any meat inside. The soup itself was very sour. I’m not too sure if French onion soup is supposed to taste sour, but it wasn’t as pleasant as I thought it would taste. The best part about my meal would be the butter on toast provided alongside the meal. After finishing the meal, I was left hungry still and felt like for $17USD, I could get a much more filling meal from the chains.

Overall, this location was a miss for me. It does offer healthier options, but for its price, I would recommend going elsewhere.

The people working here are perfectly nice and professional. The problem is that it takes forever to get the food. They need more people working in the back pulling it all together. If you go, have time to kill.

We go for soup and half sandwich grilled cheese. She had cream of broccoli and enjoyed her meal, as usual. I tried the cheesesteak and found it was made with a pot roast meat and not sliced steak. It also was flavorless due to no seasonings (*S&P). There were very few caramelized onions and small specks of peppers. The two lunch style meals with two small sodas came to $29.00 and change. Over $30 bucks with a tip. Not worth it at all. Service was good as we ordered, but when I went back to the counter for a knife, I got no help from 4 employees and the manager socializing and ignoring someone standing there. Not good. I finally got help from the cashier when he came back from wiping down tables. The atmosphere is diner type, as one would expect.

Terribly managed. Took 45 mins to get order at 11:00 AM! Simple order at a fast food joint with 2 customers in front of me took 45 mins. Had other things to do on my lunch and wasted my entire lunch waiting in line. I will never be back to this place.

It was my first visit to that particular location and I was pleased with the atmosphere, very clean and modern. It was relatively early so there weren't many people inside. Customer service was awesome and of course, so was the food. Would definitely recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level grounds and wide aisles. Perfect wheelchair accessibility.

This time with the first time I have visited this place and it was not a letdown! It came through with flying colors for the most part! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating! Kudos to the cashier and do the personnel from the back who helped me with my coffee and to go orders. The dining room is large enough to accommodate many families from 1 2 6 to 8:00 if they have children. There were table set aside especially for wheelchair diners so that they can join their parties at the table experience. The menu items were fast. A few downfalls were that the area where trust was done in the dining room; as was the floor. 😔 Additionally cleanliness in the counter area was dirty. There was handicap parking in front of the building and also handicap doorways and doors.
